Material and labour for UL Listed / CPRI tested maintenance free , low carbon copper coated earth rod of 3 Mtr electrode having diameter of 17.2 mm with with molecular bonded with 99.9% electrolytic copper with minimum coating thickness of 250 microns.All relevent tests as per IEC 62561-2. Rod should be tested and certified for Short circuit current withstanding capacity of 20kA Irms from CPRI . Earth electrode shall be undergone the following test as per IEC 62561-2, (a) Electrical resistivity test (b) Tensile test (c) Bend test (d) Adhesion test (e) Coating thickness test (f) Salt mist test Note : (i) All the test reports shall be submitted before commencement of the work. (ii) The earth result should be less than 01 ohms and will be checked in the presence of Engineer-in-charge. On testing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. (iii) The length of copper wire shall be upto 7.5 mtr along with protection pipe deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Material and labour for heavy duty chamber of 300 mm X 300 mm X 200 mm dimension of made of Polyethylene / Polypropylene material. Flush Mounted, removable and lockable cover of the earth pit should be able to withstand 5KN (5000kg). The area inside the inspection chamber should be such that, the UNIVERSAL CLAMP/EBB/Bus bar is not too deep inside the inspection chamber or projecting out of inspection chamber. The chamber should have facility for marking earth resistance and latest testing date by paint at the cover and previous recorded values inside the cover. Inspection chamber should be tested and complied as per IEC 62561-5. Permanent fitting (like a screwed-down plastic label or copper label, or one that can be threaded onto the cable) shall be used at the connection point that is clearly marked with the words:“EARTHING LEAD -DO NOT DISCONNECT” or “EARTHING CONDUCTOR - DO NOT DISCONNECT” all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fang support for spaced pipe mounting for dia upto 80 mm along with tightening strap, clips to fasten the insulated support pipes on the structure/surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 3 Mtr air terminals semi-hard (AlMgSi corresponds to DIN) as per IEC- 62305 part-3, 16 mm rod tapered to 10 mm aluminium rod. Lightning Arrester shall be tested as per IEC 62561-1 for Static Mechnical Test for 900 N & Electrical Restivity Test after Salt Mist test. Air terminal rod shall be tested and verified for higher wind velocity as per DIN EN 1993-1-2010 & DIN EN 61537-2007. All as per the technical specification according to DIN EN 1991-1-4 (VDE 0815 part 202), including installing, testing and commissioning all as specified.

Materila and labour for copper strip of size 32x6 mm on porcelain base insulator of suitable size with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors or down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for SS 304 lightening arrestor stand wall mounted comply with EN ISO/IEC 17050-1 for fixing LA on side of walls complete all as specilfied and directed.

Material and labour for lightening counter to count no of lightening strike and record the date and time of the lightning incident also tested as per IEC 62561-6.Measuring range from 1kA-100kA of 10/35micron sec waveforms. Lightning counter should be provided with pressure compensation element to compensate the pressure difference in junction box. Pressure complensation element is surrounded by an ePTFE menbrane, which is permeable in both directions to air,at the same time moisure cannot enter the housing from outside. It should have Magnetic card along with installation to recored the Lightning Intensity. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for surface discharge free and high voltage resistant insulated arrestor to maintain the separation distance according to IEC 62305, core material should be of copper with 35 sqmm with the overall diameter of 20 mm. It shall be tested for 150 KA lighening current test as per IEC 62561-8 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour test point for connection of insulated cable and copper strip along with rust proof box with four hexogonal screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earth conductivity enhancing compound shall be 25 Kg/pit tested as per IEC 62651-7, For retaining and maintaining moisture content in the soil, Earth Enhancement Compound is required. Thus such enhancement compounds are supposed to be technically suitable for the condition of use in the field without creating any hazard to the environment as well as the earth electrode, Conductive compound producing low resistance of an earth termination system. Earth enhancing compound shall be so designed and constructed that in normal use their performance is reliable and without danger to persons and the surroundings. The material shall be chemically inert to sub soil and shall not pollute the environment. It shall provide a stable environment in terms of physical and chemical properties and exhibit low resistivity. It shall not be corrosive to the earth electrode itself . The resistivity of the Earth enhancing mineral compound shall be 0.12 Ω-m and should not dissolve, decompose and pollute the environment. Thus finds application in all type of environment. 25Kg of compound mixed with required amount of water and sand in slurry form to use with earthing system also Earth enhancing compound shall be undergone the following test as per IEC 62561-7 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for universal clamp of SS to connect rod with flat conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fang fix with base and clamps to erect air terminals, Fang fix calmp made out of SS, lightening tested for 100KA, 10/350 micro sec waveform. 16 KG stone of 365 mm diameter, high level of stability, quick and easy mounting of interception rod using anchors, including complete installing, testing and comissioning complete all as specied and directed.

Material and labour for SS 'U' clip for support/fixing of cable tested as per IEC 62561 complete all as specified and directed.
