Construction of Sub Base using Local Materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface, including screening the metal as necessary, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, lighting, guarding and barricading including cost and carriage of all materials and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre wide on each side to protect the edges complete as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

Supply & Erection of Single Steel tubular pole of 6mt long approx wt-52.25Kg, IS CHS 80mm OD 4mm th TATA with sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly

Extra above, for providing CC (6:2:1) base block (around the pole) dimension 0.60x0.60x0.76 mt. above ground level, neatly cemented finish (3 mm thick), at the base pole (in lieu of CC muffing) incl. providing drilled hole in pole suitable for alkathene/polythene pipe entry as directed for street light wiring

S&F single arm header assembly 300mm long 80mm dia GI pipe welded with 1.5mt long 40mm dia GI pipe and MS angle iron frame of 35x35x5mm for photovoltic panel with nece. Nuts and bolts and painting including sypply and drawing necessy PVC insulated copper wire as per approved design&drawing of the EIC.

Earthing with 50mm dia Galvanised iron pipe 3.64mm thick x3mts long and 1x4SWG GI wire (1Mts long) 13mmx80mm dia GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S&F 15mm dia GI pipe protection as to GS. By TATA Medium GI pipe for soft soil.

Supply and installation of SPV MODULE Indigenously manufactured PV module should be used. The PV module should have Mono crystalline silicon solar cells and must have a certificate of testing conforming to IEC 61215 Edition II / BIS 14286 from an NABL or IECQ accredited Laboratory. The power output of the module(s) under STC should be a minimum of 75 Wp at a load voltage of 16.4 ± 0.2 V. The open circuit voltage of the PV modules under STC should be at least 21.0 Volts. The module efficiency should not be less than 12 %. The terminal box on the module should have a provision for opening it for replacing the cable, if required. A distinctive serial number starting with NSM will be engraved on the frame of the module or screen printed on the tedlar sheet of the module. TATA BP or similar make.
