The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar nature of work having a minimum value of 40 percent of the estimated cost for which the bid is invited. This work should have been completed as a prime agency under a government department within the last 5 years prior to the date of publication of the notice. The completed work should be in a single contract with a value of not less than 40% of the value put to tender. The bidder must provide credentials for successful completion, including a certificate for executed work, which should include details such as estimated amount, work done amount, and date of completion of work. In terms of specific values, if the amount put to bid is Rs 200 lakhs or less, the bidder should have achieved an annual turnover of at least 60% of the amount put to bid in any of the years over the last five years. If the amount put to bid is more than Rs 200 lakhs, the bidder should have achieved an annual turnover of at least 75% of the amount put to bid.
