The power output of individual PV modules used in PV array, under STC, should be minimum of 300Watt peak, with adequate provision for measurement tolerance. modules supplied with the SPV system should have certificate as per IEC 61730 part-I and part-II for safety qualification testing and salt mist corrosion testing as per IEC 61701/ 61701 and having warranty for output wattage, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. This structure should be designed considering all the possible loads on the solar panels and on the structure itself including wind loads with basic wind velocity 150km/hr. the steel structure of suitable size is to be protected with minimum 80 micron galvanisation.
