Cement Concrete Pavement (manual laying) Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness asper design, over a prepared sub base with cement content maximum up to 430 kg/cum as per IRC: 15-2011, coarse and fine aggregate conformimg to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batch mix plant as per approved mix desing(as per IRC:44 2008), laid in approved fixed side formwork(steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micro thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debondind strips, primer, polysulphide sealnt, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 for Rural Roads of MORD.(p-265 i-6.02(A) ) M30 GRADE

Providing and fixing M.S information board of 1.2m x0 .75 m size made with 1.5 mm plate welded over angle iron (40mm x40 mmx5 mm) in both sides (Side stands) and (20mm x 20mm x 3 mm )in top and bottom and diagonal bracing with MS flat( 50mm x50 mm x6 mm) having total height 1.5m above GL and side stands embeded in a depth of 0.6m into 1:2:4 PCC including writing and painting as per direction complete.
