Cement Concrete Pavement (manual laying) Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness asper design, over a prepared sub base with cement content maximum up to 425 kg/cum as per IRC: 15-2011, coarse and fine aggregate conformimg to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batch mix plant as per approved mix desing(as per IRC:44 2008), laid in approved fixed side formwork(steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micro thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debondind strips, primer, polysulphide sealnt, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 for Rural Roads of MORD.(p-265 i-6.02(A) )

Earth work in road embankment of flanks, sloping to currect profile with good quality carried earth including excavation, loading , unloading and staking etc as per specification and direction . Distance carried upto a toal lead of 1.0 km.

Providing and fixing M.S information board of 1.2m x0 .75 m size made with 1.5 mm plate welded over angle iron (40mm x40 mmx5 mm) in both sides (Side stands) and (20mm x 20mm x 3 mm )in top and bottom and diagonal bracing with MS flat( 50mm x50 mm x6 mm) having total height 1.5m above GL and side stands embeded in a depth of 0.6m into 1:2:4 PCC including writing and painting as per direction complete.

Excavation for Structures for drain works. Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1104 for Rural Roads of MORD including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Sand filling in foundation trenches and at the back of abutments, wing-walls etc. with good local sand free from earth in layers not exceeding 15 cm. including inundating each layer by profuse water and poking and ramming layer by layer complete including supply of sand.(Compaction factor of dry clean sand is 0.835 )

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. (a) Where staging is required.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete (1:3:6) work with coarse stone chipsof appropriate nominal size and grading, sand of approved quality and cement, as necessary, including labour, cost and carriage of all materials. using concrete mixer.

Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification including setting out, removing, spreading or stacking of spoils within a lead of 150 m. as directed and including trimming the sides of the trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge III. In ordinary rock (not requiring blasting) (A) (i) With pumping out water.

Providing & lying cement concrete with or without reinforcement in any part of foundation / substructure or bridge, culverts with gradeed stone chips of specified nominal size including screening & cleaning of course aggrigates & sand cost of curing with water including cost & carriage of all materials by excluding cost of form works complete. (concrete ratio 1:2:4)

Providing & lying 1000 mm dia NP3 Hume Pipe

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc) with sand and cement morter including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed i) With 1:6 cement morter 15 mm. thick plaster.

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall, dado, window sills, floor, drain etc.Same as item no 15 of P-192 (PWD Bldg.)

Providing & fixing Concrete Sign Board as per IRC specification of size 900 x 750 x 37 mm. thick made with RCC 1:1½:3 with pakur variety stone chips reinforced with double layer IRC febric (75 x 75 mm. mesh) and fixed with necessary nuts & bolts on two RC precast posts 100 mm. x 150 mm. of height 2.65 m. of which top 750 mm. is of section 100 x 13 mm. and 1.90 metre above GL & 0.75 metre below GL including digging hole, repacking the same with cement concrete 1:3:6 with jhama khoa or with local stone chips etc. complete including painting two coats on both faces lettering sign marks etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
