Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes including shuttering etc as required.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structure including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary) cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16G black annealed wire at every intersction, complete as per drawing and direction

Holding down bolt with nut including 100 x 100 x 6 mm plate washer at bottom fitted complete and packing the hole with cement concrete or cement grout as directed. 20mm dia 600mm long

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc) with sand - cement-morter including rounding off and chamfering corners as directed and racking out joints including throating, noising and drip course, scaffolding / staging where necessary ( Ground floor) (excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface)

Errection of Single ST pole of 8mtr long over the existing RCC foundation including necessary arrangement etc as required.

Supply & Fixing carring of header/structure for fixing of 6 nos Flood Light made of 6x65mm Dia 500mm long CHS pipe and MS angle frame 40x40x6mm structure tip portion is cover with 750x750x3mm thick top plate welded with angle frame structure 4 nos angle frame each 300mm long.The header is also extra supported by 4nos vertical angle of above specification including providing of 6nos hole for locking/checknut device with the frame size) 300x300 mm to the top & ST pole for fixing 6nos Flood. the complete header is also strengthening with design MS flat size 500mm 6mm thick including scoffloling arrangemetn for lifting the same at the top of 12mtr long ST pole as per diretion of EIC including painting.
