The bidder should produce credentials of similar nature of completed work with a minimum value of 40% (for 1st call), 30% (for 2nd call), and 20% (for 3rd call) of the estimated amount put to tender, within five years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. Alternatively, the bidder can produce credentials of two similar nature of completed works, each with a minimum value of 30% (for 1st call), 25% (for 2nd call), and 20% (for 3rd call) of the estimated amount put to tender, within five years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. The bidder can also produce credentials of one single running work of similar nature, which has been completed to the extent of 80% (for 1st call), 75% (for 2nd call), and 50% (for 3rd call) or more, with a value not less than the desired value. Additionally, the bidder should not have abandoned any work nor had any of their contracts rescinded during the last 5 years.
