The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - At least 3 years in similar works for a Degree Holder in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. - At least 5 years in similar works for a Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. - At least 3 years in similar works for a Supervisor. - At least 2 years in similar works for a Science Graduate. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime agency at least one similar nature of work with a minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender in the last 5 years. - Alternatively, the bidder should have completed a single running work of similar nature, which has been completed to the extent of 90% or more, with a value of not less than 40% of the estimated amount put to tender. - The bidder must have completed one Civil Engineering Project of Installation of Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant or similar nature of one number of work of value not less than 20% of the estimated amount put to tender in the last 5 years.
