Cement concrete with 20mm down size graded river bazree excluding shuttering in all floor. N.B. variety. 1:2:4 Proportion

Ordinary cement concrete (mix 3:1.5:1) M-20 with graded stone chips (20mm size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement. If any, N.B. variety stone metal.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. works in all sorts of structures including distridution bars, stirrups, binders etc.including supply of rods, straightening and removal of loose rust, cuttigng to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every inter section, complete as per drawing and direction. Hire charges for shuttring with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beam, columns, lintles curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works.(In all floors) (f) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/ staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (ii)With 1:4 cement mortar. (a) 10mm thick plaster.

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sills, floor, drain etc.

Providing and fixing of Concrete sign boardas per MORD specification and drawing . Three MS Plates of 1.6mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5mm size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos 75mm x 75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embeded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level . The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides . Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. all sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and annexure 1700.1including cost of lighting, barricading, protection etc.
