Supplying PVC strainer of approved make with adapter conforming to I.S.12818 specifications. a) 80 mm.dia. (ID)

Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. cap at top 150 mm

Packing the annular space between the outside of the tube well pipes & strainers and the bore with pea size washed gravel of approved quality having size from 2 mm to 5 mm or the size approved by the Engineer-incharge including cost of all materials labour and equipment complete

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads,fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Payment for painting will be made seperately) PVC Pipe i) 150 mm.dia.

ii) 80 mm.dia.

Washing and developing tube well with air compressor pump and engine for 8 (eight) hours continuous pumping per day with necessary arrangements for testing the yield in gallons per hour with 'V' notch including hire and labour charges for all tools and plants and scaffolding as required.

Labour for making arrangement for showing verticality test including the cost for hire charges of tools and plants, scafolding, labour etc. all complete.

Collecting sample of water for bacteriological and chemical test from any depth at any time during execution of work including hire and labour charges for tools and plants and sterilising the equipments, paying all charges and fees, testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction.

Supplying installation and lowering in position solar panel based AC Submersible Pumping machinery (preferable with stainless steel fabricated components) with solar cable and cable connector kit, PV panel (IEC 61215-2015 certified) controller, overhead protection, dry run protection, Auto restart facility, float switch with water level sensors, software for start-up of motors, making necessary connections with supplying G.I controller box and supplying 32 mm dia PVC column pipe 42 mtr length including earthing etc asper direction of the EIC. i) Solar Panel Configuration 4 Panels of 325 Wp (72 cell) each (Solar panel to be installed on top of MS supporting structure) ii) Submersible pump capacity 1.00 HP, 14 Stage, 32 mm outlet dia (preferably oil filled) KSB/ Crompton or renowned brand and including Operation and maintanence of entire installations for 5 years (except day to day operation) which includes: a) cleaning of site, checking of valves and pipes, checking of electrical connections, cleaning solar panel etc, twice in a month. b) Replacement of damaged valves, bib cocks and any other parts of all units.

Supplying, delivery & Erection of pre-fabricated M.S.Steel structure of 3.00 mtr. height above G.L. for resting of 5000 ltr. capacity H.D.P.E. water storage tank of approved brand capable of extreme weather conditions including wind thrust upto 100 KM/Hour with fixing of necessary MS ladder/railing and painting with appropriate weather coats including construction of R.C.C. foundation and all allied works as per approved drawing and direction of the E.I.C.

Installation of Solar photovaltaic array Panels on the structure as per standard & approved drawing which will grouted either ground based by construction of foundation concrete or integrated with the staging steel structure of water tank. The Solar Panels will then be connected to the Pump Controller which in turn will be connected to the pump as well as the level indicator of the water tank as per direction of the E.I.C. [Steel structure of water tank and Solar Pannel components will be Galvanized on MS are cariy a warranty of 5 years and Solar Panels will also carry a warranty as per attached technical specification]

Supplying, delivery & Installation of a 5000 Ltr. Capacity Multi layer HDPE water storage tank with closed top with lid of approved brand at a height of 3.00 Mtr. Staging including punching of required nos. of holes, fixing etc. complete as per direction of the E.I.C. [ HDPE water storage tank should carries a warranty for a period as sprcified by the approved branded product]

Laying Rising main, delivery main, Over flow, wash out pipe line with supplying, fitting, & fixing PVC pipes for underground work of approved make (Medium duty) conforming to ASTMD-1785, schedule -80, and threaded to match with G.I.pipes as per IS: 1239 (Part-I) with all necessaiy accessories,specials, viz socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbow, nipple,longscrew,reducing socket, reducing tee,short piece etc. fitted including cost of all materials, jointing materials, cutting pipes, making threads, cuting trenches upto 1,50mtr. below surface in all sorts of soil and refilling the same as directed complete in all respect to feed the water nearest to houses at least one habitation to get water through stand post and complete the all works as per drawing & direction of the E.I.C. (Suggested brand :- Supreme / Ori plast / Long last).[ Payment will be made on the centre line measurement of the total pipe line including all specials. No seperate payment will be made for accessaries, specials ] (a) 40 mm PVC (ASTMD)

(b) 32 mm PVC (ASTMD)

(c) 25 mm PVC (ASTMD)

(d) 15 mm PVC (ASTMD)

Construction of masonary drain attached to platform of RCC Street Stand Post with 12.5 cm thick brick work in cement mortar (1:4 ) over a layer of single brick flat soling sand filling 150 mm thick with WCC (6:3:1) with jhama khoa (30 mm size) including earth work in excavation, 15 mm thick cement plaster (4:1) with neat cement punning all complete rounding the drain etc. all complete as per approved design, drawing and direction of the EIC.

Making barbed wire fencing arround the Solar Pannels platform by supplying, fitting, fixing galvenized on MS angle of approved quality which grouted on the earth by cement concreting as per drawing including an arrangement and provision of a gate with lock & key facility should be provided as per necessary direction of the E.I.C . [ This item is only applicable where the Installation of Solar photovaltaic array Panels not integrated with the staging steel structure of water tank ]

Extra carrying charges for transportation of all materials related with the above work at working site by any means or by manual labour time to time including head load due to inaccessibility of site if required with specific prior permission from the EIC.
