Water Bound macadam base (Grade III): Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming , stone screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & compaction to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification clause 405 of Specification of Rural Roads including lighting, guarding, barricading etc. complete

Prime coat with Bitumen Emulsion: Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 -1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification Clause 502 of specification of rural roads.

Tack Coat with Bitumen Emulsion: Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1)using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification Clause 503 of specification of rural roads.

20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder : Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm (@ 0.018 cum/sqm) and11.2 mm (@ 0.009cum/sqm) aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 506 of Specifications for Rural Roads including heating the bitumen and preheating the aggregates and all other cost and charges of fuel, lubricants in this connection including hire and operational charges of machinery and equipment for construction and quality control, lighting, guarding, barricading etc. complete.

Seal Coat (Type B): Providing and laying premixed seal coat with approved quality sand/grit and bitumen binder on thoroughly cleaned black top surface coated with tack coat, including heating and mixing cleaned sand/grit (100% passing through 2.36 mm sieve and retained on 180micron sieve) uniformly with bitumen binder, laying and spreading the mix at an uniform rate using suitable means, brushing the surface, if necessary, to ensure uniformity, followed by rolling with power roller including the cost and carriage of binder and aggregates and all other incidental charges, cost of fuel and lubricants, including hire charges of machineries, tools & plants required for construction and quality control complete as per Technical Specification Clause 508 of Specifiaction of Rural Roads.

Guard Post : Supply, Fitting, and Fixing R.C. Guard : Post 1.37m long with cement concrete 1:2:4 with graded stone chips of 13.2mm down casting curing complete including cost of providing 4 nos of 12mm dia MS road of length 1.54m as main reinforcement and 6 nos of round shaped 6mm dia MS rods used as binders; the placing of the 1st binder should be at 75mm below the top finished surface and the other 5 nos of section with inscribed circle of diameter 24cm at the base tapering to corresponding dimensions of 16cm at the top including 2 coats of painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand to form 6 nos horizontal alternate brands in white/ tannery yellow and black to 90cm. length standing up above ground after mending good damages if any during sinking of shuttering, making hole in ground of 47cm depth and 30cm minimum dia, fixing the guard post in the same hole and replacing the earth thoroughly so as to keep the guard post standing properly erect in correct position true in line and length including carriage of R.C. guard post with due care from stack yard to the site earth thoroughly so as to keep the guard post standing properly erect in correct position true in line and lengthincluding loading into the truck and unloading at site complete in all respects.

Maintenance Board : Providing and fixing typical Maintenance Board with Logo of PMGSY as per NRRDA Specifications and Drawing having two nos. MS plate of 1mm thick 900 x 750mm size each duly welded with 2 nos. vertical and 4 nos. Horizontal M.S. flat 50mm x 6mm size on back, the ends of the M.S. flats to be welded with 2x2450mm x 1150mm frame of M.S. square posts to be embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade of 600mm x 600mm size and 750mm below the ground level and keeping 50mm height above the ground level, two coats of epoxy painting MS square , flats and backside of the the M.S. sheets with a coat of primer and two coats of ready mixed approved brand synthetic oil bound paint over a coat of epoxy coated priming on rear side of the M.S. plates with bands and lettering of different approved shades as directed shown in the approved design with oil bound ready mixed synthetic paint and providing 70mm x 70mm size PMGSY Logo.

Maintenace of HP Culverts : Maintenance of Hume pipe culverts by way of clearing, cleaning, erosion repair, repairs to cracks, parapet wall and protection work as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1908 of Specification of Rural Roads including cost of cement, sand, brick, boulders etc.

Maintenace of Slab Culverts : Maintenance of slab type culverts by way of clearing, cleaning, erosion repair, repairs to cracks, parapet wall and protection work. Removal of debris, providing boulders and protection work and painting as per technical specification Clause 1908 of Specification of Rural Roads including cost of all materials viz cement, sand, brick, boulders etc as required and as per direction complete.

Kilometre Stone (Precast) Stone : Reinforced cement concrete M 15 grade kilometre stone with local stone of standard design as per IRC : 8 fixingin position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and technical specification clause 1703 of specification of rural roads. (ii) Construction of Ordinary Kilometre Stone

Semi Reflective Traffic Signs: Providing and fixing of Semi Reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and grey colour in black with red reflective border of 65mm width and required letter and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47mm x12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600mm, 600mm below ground level as per approved drawing clause 1701.2.2 of Specification of Rural Roads. Semi Reflective Traffic Signs: Providing and fixing of Semi Reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and grey colour in black with red reflective border of 65mm width and required letter and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47mm x12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600mm, 600mm below ground level as per approved drawing clause 1701.2.2 of Specification of Rural Roads. Boulder Sausage : Proviing and placing of boulder apron laid in sausage wire crate of specified sizes made of 4 mm dia GI wire net of 100mm x 100mm square mesh including required lapping as directed of wire net, stiching with GI wire strongly, filling up the sausage wire crate with approved stone / laterite boulders of minimum 40 Kg. each properly @ 0.90 cum /cum and stiching the gap with GI wires, closing both ends with GI wire net including lapping all sides as directed, including trimming and preparation of bed by cutting or filling earth as required complete including cost of all materials and labours and all incidential charges in this connection.
