Ordinary cement concrete ( mix 3:1.5:1) M-20 with graded stone chips (20mm down excluding shuttering and reinforcement, B) River bazree. Add extra over the rate of ground floor for basement and each additional floor above ground floor.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at inter-section, complete as per drawing and direction. Hire and labour charge for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, columns, lintels curved or staight including fitting fixing and striking out after complection of works. 25 mm. to 30 mm. thick wooden shuttering without staging as per decission & direction of E-I-C

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. I) For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m ISA 65x65x6

Supplying, fitting, fixing, Chain link fencing of approved quality with R.C.C posts wooden posts or iron posts by means of galvanised "C" clips to grid of horizontal strands of galvanised high tensile spring steel wire of 12 S.W.G which have to be tensioned and fixed to the vertical posts by means of galvanised special clips, bolts and nuts etc.(The rate is exclusive of the cost of posts) (I) 50 mm. x 50 mm. x 8 g.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering conrners as directed and raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface, including throating, nosing and drip course where necessary Extra for each additional floor over the rate for ground floor (c) 10 mm thick plaster with 4:1 cement mortar

White washing including cleaning and smoothening surface thoroughly All floors : c) Three coats (on new works only).

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall, dado, window, sills, floor, drain etc.

(a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (b) On steel or other metal surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) - iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Earthwork in excavation from borrow pits (land owned/arranged by the Department) and depositing in layers of 250 mm. including breaking clods in embankment works and to fill up back of abutments, depressions and ruts with an initial lead up to 50 m and initial lift up to 1.5 m making bunds at top as directed dressing complete. (Borrow pit measurement) Carriage upto 3 Km

Providing & fixing Concrete Sign Board as per IRC specification of size 900 x 750 x 37 mm. thick made with RCC 1:1½:3 with pakur variety stone chips reinforced with double layer IRC febric (75 x 75 mm. mesh) and fixed with necessary nuts & bolts on two RC precast posts 100 mm. x 150 mm. of height 2.65 m. of which top 750 mm. is of section 100 x 13 mm. and 1.90 metre above GL & 0.75 metre below GL including digging hole, repacking the same with cement concrete 1:3:6 with jhama khoa or with local stone chips etc. complete including painting two coats on both faces lettering sign marks etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (The rate is inclusive of cost of reinforcement, concrete, shuttering, nuts & bolts, washer etc. complete.)
