Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with cement content as per IRC: 15-2011, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batch mix plant / RMC and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design (as per IRC:44 2008), laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing, spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibratorscompacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, constructionculvert and construction joints, admixtures as joints,sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ applying debonding strips, primer, polysulphideapproved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 for Rural Roads of MORD. Drum sheet walling 1.40 m (av.) high on sal-bullah pilling 10 cm dia and 3.25 m long driven 1.75 m (av.) below G.L. and 75 cm centre to centre including fitting fixing 3 nos. of half bullah pieces (from 10 cm dia) and drum (empty bitumen) sheet (approved condition) of height 1.5 m, cutting and straightening drum sheet (each joint must havelap length of min. 50 mm) including cost of dia @ .25 m centre to centre to centre fixed with 10 cm dia bullah posts driven 1.5 m below G.L. including cost of all materials and one coat tarring to all bullah etc. complete as perdication.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing and Clause 801 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).. item 8.07 page 270
