Supplying, fitting, fixing, Chain link fencing of approved quality with R.C.C posts wooden posts or iron posts by means of galvanised "C" clips to grid of horizontal strands of galvanised high tensile spring steel wire of 12 S.W.G which have to be tensioned and fixed to the vertical posts by means of galvanised special clips, bolts and nuts etc. (The rate is exclusive of the cost of posts) (I) 50 mm. x 50 mm. x 8

REPAIRING OF DRAIN, TOILET AND OFFICE BUILDING (A) Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation withwater, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.b) River Bazree:

25mm. thick damp proof course with cement concrete with stone chips (1:1.5:3) [with graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size] and admixture of water proofing compound as per manufacturer's specification followed by two coat of polymer based paint, (1st coat after 4 to 5 days of concrete laying and 2 nd coat just before brick masonry work) as directed (cost of water proofing compound & polymer based paint to be paid separately).( Chequering not required over concrete or painted surface).

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor)

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface](ii) With 1:4 cement mortar(a) 20 mm thick plaster

Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc with cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips, laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface and application of cement slurry before flooring works using cement @ 1.75 kg/sq.m all complete including all materials and labour.(ii) 25 mm. thick

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. clamps for door and window frame made of flat bent bar, end bifurcated with necessary screws etc. by cement concrete(1:2:4) as per direction. (Cost of concrete will be paid separately)a) 40 mm X 6 mm 250 mm length

Iron butt hinges of approved quality fitted and fixed with steel screws, with ISI mark.(vi) 100mm. X 50mm. X 1.25mm

10) Single Unit Solar Street Light Supply & Erection of Single Steel tubular pole of 6mt long approx wt-52.25Kg, IS CHS 80mm OD 4mm th TATA with sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly

Extra above, for providing CC (6:2:1) base block (around the pole) dimension 0.60x0.60x0.76 mt. above ground level, neatly cemented finish (3 mm thick), at the base pole (in lieu of CC muffing) incl. providing drilled hole in pole suitable for alkathene/polythene pipe entry as directed for street light wiring

S&F single arm header assembly 300mm long 80mm dia GI pipe welded with 1.5mt long 40mm dia GI pipe and MS angle iron frame of 35x35x5mm for photovoltic panel with nece. Nuts and bolts and painting including sypply and drawing necessy PVC insulated copper wire as per approved design&drawing of the EIC.

Earthing with 50mm dia Galvanised iron pipe 3.64mm thick x3mts long and 1x4SWG GI wire (1Mts long) 13mmx80mm dia GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S&F 15mm dia GI pipe protection as to GS. By TATA Medium GI pipe for soft soil.

Supply and installation of SPV MODULE Indigenously manufactured PV module should be used. The PV module should have Mono crystalline silicon solar cells and must have a certificate of testing conforming to IEC 61215 Edition II / BIS 14286 from an NABL or IECQ accredited Laboratory. The power output of the module(s) under STC should be a minimum of 75 Wp at a load voltage of 16.4 ± 0.2 V. The open circuit voltage of the PV modules under STC should be at least 21.0 Volts. The module efficiency should not be less than 12 %. The terminal box on the module should have a provision for opening it for replacing the cable, if required. A distinctive serial number starting with NSM will be engraved on the frame of the module or screen printed on the tedlar sheet of the module. TATA BP or similar make.
