M&L for bituminous premixed carpet, 2cm consolidated thickness, with 0.27 cu.m. of stone chippings mixed with 14.6 kg of binder, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient( use paving bitumen)

Providing & Laying Mastic Asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirement using approved course aggregate, fine aggregate , filler matrerial & bitumen ,prepared by using Mastic cooker including cost & carriage of all ingredients, cost of heating aggregates & binder, mixing in specified proportion conforming to approved job mix formula & laid to required level & slope after cleaning surface, compacting, sealing the construction joints & surface finishing conforming to specifications including providing antiskid surface with bitumen pre coated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10sqm & at an approximate spacing of 10cm centre to centre in both directions , pressed into surface which the temperature of surfaces not less than 100 deg cent., protruding 1 mm to 4mm over mastic surface , including all other relevant charges

Demolition of PCC of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for & for any thickness

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashler facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles.

Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil

Material & lab. for hardcore of broken bricks of gauge nexc 63 mm deposited , spread & levelled in layers nexc 15 cm thick watered & rammed to a true surface

Cement concrete in foundations filling & mass concrete , type B1 1:2:4 20 mm graded aggregate

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks(Old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar(1:4) complete all as specified & as directed

M/L for 15mm thk cement plaster with cement mortar ( 1:4)

M&L for setting coat 3mm thick,cement plaster 1:2 troweled to even & smooth finish.

S/F of joist, channel, angle or tee sections fixed independently without connecting plates, etc (cut to ordinary length i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated). MS angle size 50x50x6 & 65x65x6mm etc

M&L 40mm dia GI Pipes , laid in trenches
