PLASTERING : Rough cast plaster upto 10 m height above ground level with a mixture of sand and gravel or crushed stone from 6 mm to 10 mm nominal size, dashed over and including the fresh plaster in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and top layer 10 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 10% finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement. Ordinary cement finish using ordinary cement.

WIRE CLOTH : Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.63mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples but 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm

SCAFFOLDING :Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/ structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

BRICK WORK : Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious built in thick walls built in cement mortar 1:6

MS FRAME WORK : Supplying & fixing MS frame work confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A. rate including notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up drilling the members for site connections; and fixing painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at Contractor’s workshop before fabrication complete.

MS frame work in Stairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets, etc. complete framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. fixing complete

Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Excavating over areas, n. exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard /dense soil.

RCC type B-1 1:2:4 , 20mm graded aggregate Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete

Painting: Weather Coat Paint: Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over surfaces.including Preparation of surface by Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces.

DISTEMPER: Preparation of surface by Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces. One coat Cement wash with Portland cement slurry to a smooth bodied opaque finish on newly plastered surface Two coat Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification.
