P.G.I SHEETING (M&L): Supplying,fabricating bending, laying, fitting & fixing 1.0 mm thick. P.G.I. sheet (ISI marked) for flushing, ridges as per site requirement & instruction of SIC. Supplying ,fitting & fixing necessary J/L hooks, crank bolts, nuts, bituminous washers & G.I. Washers as per instruction of SIC. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.( M&L)

C.G.I. CURVE SHEETING (M&L): Supply and fixing galvanised, corrugated mild steel curve sheeting 0.80 mm thick for roof sheeting with two corrugation side lap and 150 mm end lap including providing, fixing & fitting of L/J hooks 8 mm dia, crank bolts, nuts, washers, bituminious washers etc. as required at site as per instruction of SIC. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC

C.G.I. TARFELTING (M&L): Priming of existing roof surfaces after removal of old worn out tarfelt by brushing, cleaning & applying Priming surfaces using glass fibre base bitumen felt Grade-2 (ISI marked) at any place position & height as per site requirement to make leak proof by instruction of SIC.Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.a) Applying normal treatment (for moderate condition)

MS Frame Work in Truss / Purlin: Supplying & fixing MS frame work confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A. rate including notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up drilling the members for site connections; and fixing painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at Contractor’s workshop before fabrication complete. Supplying, cutting, welding, fitting & fixing MS frame work for roof trusses, purlins including dismantling & taking down part of structural steel work complete. Valley Gutter: Supplying, fitting & fixing 2.50mm thick plain, black, mild steel sheeting, in valley gutters, pipes, fittings and accessories. Joints in the length shall be water tight and made by continuous welding. Minimum end over lapping is 100 mm. M&L

Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings and refixing the same after fixing of valley gutter with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc.

CLEANING & PAINTING OF VALLEY GUTTER (M&L): Cleaning of eaves gutters, Valley Gutter and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

SCAFFOLDING: Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) onthe exterior side of building/ structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge
