Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required 2x56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 1x36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) as ECC

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Supply of 16.00 mts. High mast in two sections suitable for wind speed 180 KM/Hr. with head frame luminaires carriage suitable to install 6 nos. luminaires in symmetrical arrangement along with lightning electrode and required items such as double drum winch, 6mm diameter SS wire ropes, trailing cable, connector, 3Ph induction motor, manual handle, junction box, foundation bolts, Lantern carrying ring including all cost of materials etc. at site of work excluding cost of luminaires. All of the above items should be installed as per direction of EIC.

Assembling, erection and commissioning of 16.00 Mts. High Mast with all accessories as well as wiring for luminaries with the help of crane and with suitable tools and plants including all cost of required skill hands etc. complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below:By TATA-Medium GI Pipe

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages. Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Supply and installation of Feeder Pillar box of size 900 mm x 600 mm x 300 mm made of 4 mm thick CRCA steel sheet or 2.5 mm GI sheet (ISI marked) steel sheet outdoor type with top canopy, sides having louvers for ventilation, provision for Main Switch and Meter fixing & reading visibility, weather proof epoxy painted, complete with extra locking arrangement as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Consisting of following items (Brand approved by EIC) in the Feeder Pillar :- i) Incomer - 01 no: 415 V, 63 Amp, 4 pole EL MCCB. ii) Earth leakage Relay with separate core balance current transformer : Sensitivity : 30 mA to 3A, Time delay: 0 - 5 sec., iii) Light controller - 01 no : Triple pole power contactor AC-3, rating min. 40 A rating for long life iv) Triple pole power contactor AC-3, rating min. 16 A - 02 nos., rated for motor hoisting and lowering, v) Digital Voltmeter & Ammeter with separate selector switches 16A, size - 96mm X 96mm, Range 0 - 600V. vi) 1 no. 63A ON - OFF Selector switch for Motor & Luminaires vii) LED indication lights - 3 nos. for R,Y,B phase indication, viii) Start/Stop push button for lifting & lowering luminaires carrying lantern ring - 1 set. ix) Automatic digital time switch, DIN rail mounted 240V AC, 50HZ ; Suitable single compression metallic glands for the luminaire and motor cables shall be provided in the feeder pillar. Installation of the feeder to be done by earth cutting, brick soling and cement concrete foundation as required around the feeder pillar box by cement morter work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Medium intensity LED flasher type aviation obstruction light fitted in a weather-proof box on body unit of Aluminium alloy shall be supplied with each mast system. The cover of the light will be glass with rubber gasket (IP 65 protection). The light fitting shall have integral terminal chamber. LEDs are to be mounted on fire retardant epoxy printed circuit board. Light fittings shall be suitable for 240V AC, 50 Hz supply. Luminous intensity of the lamp shall be minimum 90 candela. Lightning protection rod (lightning finial, GI/copper, 1 m length) shall be provided and fixed rigidly on the top of the high mast(Brand approved by EIC)
