Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing of rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor including roof (b) above 150 mm. thick

Grouting the foundation bolt (by HILTI method ) for vertical post, base plate as per the direction & instruction to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling & Removal of existing utility service oil line, electricity lines etc. stacking of dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking, dismantled the serviceable line (material) with all lifts and lead (as per Technical Specifications and after repairing) reinstallation of existing utility service oil line & others electicity lines as per the direction & instruction to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Crop & renewal of existing damaged steel structural members of pathway with required tested steel members/plates (all structural steel member of IS:2062) E 250 grade & fittings, internal scantlings with steel materials of required dimensions satisfying ship building / ship repairing qualityunder instruction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. MaterialsTesting certificate to be produced.

Inspection and Preparation of drawings of existing structures with necessary detailing prior execution of the works including checking of the existing strutures. Submission of drawings with all necessary addition if required after checkings the design calculation and saftey of the existing report under instruction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placement of the steel bearing plates for the four vertical post under instruction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Encasing the four vertical post with steel frame box providing and fabrication including of steel plates as per requirements with using the anchor fasteners under instruction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Making arrangements for lifting the existing Pathway/Foot Bridge from the concrete and holding both ends on wooden blocks in position using hydraulic jack prior to replacing the bearing plates and positioning the same after crop and renewal of the four vertical post.

The fender made of 200 mm half round MS pipe with 8.0 mm thickness shall be fixed on the berthing side of existiong concete Jetty with fastners: Vertical: 5 Nos. X 3.5 m with MS doubler plate (8.0 mm) welded with hull under instruction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

The Structural Footh Bridge/ pathway and old concrete jetty shall be shot /sand blasted prior to apply initial primer coatings under instruction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

40 mm. thick damp proof course with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) (with graded stone chips 20 mm nominal size) with water proofing compound of approved brand @ 0.2% weight of cement including cost of materials over two coats of non toxic acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing slurry coat complete [cost of water proofing compound and non toxic paint to be paid seperately) for underground water retaining structures.

Extra rate for using water proofing and plasticising admixture @ 0.2% by weight of cement (or at manufacturer's specified rate) for concrete of various grades.

Applying 2 coats of Non-Toxic Acrylic Polymer modified Paint having adhesive & waterproofing properties by mixing in proportion (1 liquid: 4 cementitious material) or as per manufacturer's specification for water proofing layer in water tank etc. (No Departmental Cement is required)

Cement concrete flooring with high performance non-metallic floor hardener containing specially graded non-metallic hard wearing natural aggregates imparting floor hardness in the range of mohr scale 8-9 & capable of achieving 28 days compressive strength of 25 MPa with air content less than 3% applied as a dry shake @ 5Kg/sgm sprinkled to provide durable, non-slip monolithic floor for application of the topping over freshly laid concrete with under layer of 40 mm. thick cement concrete (1:2:4) (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per specification of the manufacturer & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: Floor hardener is applied as dry shake using a power trowel when the floor concrete has stiffened sufficiently and bleed of water should not be visible on the top of the floor while the application started]

Supply of Recron 3S @ 125 gm. / one bag of cement for concreting work (product of Reliance Industries).

The reconstructed Structural Foot Bridge/pathway and structural members of old concrete jetty shall be cleaned prior to apply paints. The pontoon bottom & side hull shall be painted with 2-coats Tuffkote Red Oxide Zinc Chromate Primer(marine quality), final 2 coat BIPIGARD / EPIGARD (marine quality) to be painted as per painting schedule under instruction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hiring of Spare pontoon under instruction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Making arrangements for movable scaffolding with existing steel pathway in proper position, line, level, alignment and scaffolding arrangement with M.S. structural members for crop renewal and priming painting works considering all safety and security measures and dismantling the same after completion of work. The rate shall be inclusive all complete in all respect with all materials, labour, tools & plants, lead and lift. This item pertains to repairing of pathway by contractor's own cranes / derricks staging, machineries, plants & equipment etc., wherever required to complete the job, as per approved drawing as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
