Supply of Hot Mix Macadum from the Kolkata Municipal Authority including all Taxes

Cutting / dismantling of damaged M40 concrete adjacent to the rail by using necessary tools & plants and repairing by new concreting work using mix proportion (1:1:2) with addition of required quantity of Liquid Latex, ‘Racron’, Epoxy Bonding Adhesive & Sika Rapid Hardener, as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The necessary curing work has to be done by the contractor as per requirement.

Repairs to the existing damaged stone set pavement as per specification by

i) New Stone Sets

ii) Departmental supplied stone set

Note: It may kindly be noted that all the aforesaid item, Sl. No. 1 to 4 may have to be done in day as well as night hours & within restricted time period as allowed by The Kolkata Police authority. The contractor has to arrange for necessary barricading work with illumination by ‘Red Lamp’ and all other safety measures at his own cost and arrangement to avoid any accident an to ensure smooth performance of the work.

Patching of damaged concrete surface with polymer concrete (25mm nominal thick) & curing compound initiator and promoter available in present formulation to be applied as per instructions of manufacturer & as approved by the Engineer.

Applying epoxy based reactive joining agent for joining the old concrete with fresh concrete to be applied within manufacturer's specified time as per manufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg / m² of concrete surface).

Supplying ready mixed concrete of M 40 Grade with well graded stone chips of 20 mm nominal size containing designed quantity of cement per Cu.m of wet concrete produced in computerised batching plant under controlled condition using approved super plastisizer, designing concrete mix following I.S. 10262 and I.S. 456, transporting the mix with agitation in transit mixer to work site depositing the mix on a platform erected for the purpose at required levels of concreting and then placing the mix in its final location of form work, compacting and curing the same omplete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge including computerised batching plant transit mixer with all accessories vibrators etc. inclusive of all other incidental charges in this connection complete but excluding cost of hire charge of platform and its supporting staging which would be paid through separate item. [cement to be supplied by the Manufacturer/ supplier] In ground floor and foundation. With approved concrete pump.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. Pakur Variety. Grade-M 15

Making Temporary barricading with Polythene tape up to 75 mm width. White & red in colour, erecting supporting structure with drum / barrel / MS structure / PVC Road Traffic Safety Cones including transportation charges of barricading materials from godown to job site and back within 5 meters distance and also including all labour charges for erecting and removing the barricades complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of roadsurface and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Open Graded Premix Surfacing with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion using 13.2 mm (@ 0.018 m3/m2) and 11.2 mm (@ 0.009 m3/m2) size stone aggregates, premixed with Cationic Bituminous Emulsion (M.S. grade) conforming to IS : 8887-1970 @ 21.5 kg per 10 m² of surface, including cleaning, moistening the surface, applying tack coat with cationic bitumen emulsion, screening, cleaning and washing the stone chips, intimately mixing with emulsion using Concrete Mixer, laying the mixture uniformly over the surface and rolling with powerroller after hand packing and pinning adequately to ensure a compact surface all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost and carriage of stone materials and emulsion, including cost of labour, hire and running charges of road roller and other tools and plants and cost of all other incidental charges including hire charges and cost of fuel and lubricants of machineries and equipment for construction and quality control as per Technical Specification Clause 508.2 for Rural Roads of MORD.

Providing and laying Liquid Seal Coat (Type A) withapproved quality stone chips and bitumen binder onthoroughly cleaned black top surface, spreadingscreened & cleaned stone aggregates (100 %passing through 11.2 mm sieve and retained on 2.36mm sieve) uniformly @ 0.09 m3 of dry aggregate per10 m2 of area using suitable means, brushing thechips, if necessary, to ensure uniformity, followed byrolling with power roller including the cost andcarriage of binder and stone chips, cost of heatingthe binder and all otherincidental charges, cost offuel and lubricants, including hire charges ofmachineries, tools & plants required for constructionand quality control complete as per Clause 511 ofSpecifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H(5th Revision).

Repairing of bad joint including cutting concrete surface adjacent to tram line, cleaning thoroughly, concreting M-40 grade after cutting damaged portion of rail, making joints of new pices of rail with the old rail in proper alignment including labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge at site.

Transportation charges including loading & unloading of Rail from PW/RB to Job site (incase the rail is supplied by departmentally).

Labour charges for laying of rail, curved rail, crossing, point etc. including shifting of rail by manually or by crane.

Supply, fitting & fixing of check (as per WBTC(CTC) drawing) to Rail.

Supply, fitting & fixing of Tie bar with PVC cover (as per requirement).

Supply, fitting & fixing of Fastener (as per WBTC(CTC) drawing) to Rail.

Supply of C.I. block, C.I. bolts with nuts & M.S. washer for fixing double TATA curve rail as per WBTC(CTC) requirement.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Fish Plate Joint at curve and Switch point as per specification of WBTC(CTC).

Making Thermit joint to rail, including supply of all materials.

Extraction and removal of worn out rail by gas cutting @ 4 M C/C, along with crossing point and other fixture etc.

Earth work in filling in compound, tank, low land, ditches etc. with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including breaking clods and consolidating the same by ramming and dressing complete. (Payment will be made on profile measurement beforeand after the work) With carried earth arranged by the contractor within a radius of 3 km. including cost of carried earth.

Hire charges of road roller along with operator.

Hire charges of Pnumetric hammer along with operator.

Hire charges of JCB along with opertor.

Removal of rubbish & garbage from the working site & disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Corporation rules for such disposal, loading into truck & cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Special Note to Tenderer : THE "PERCENTAGE EXCESS" OR "AT PAR" OR "PERCENTAGE LESS" as will be quoted by the tenderer for Part B schedule will be automatically applied for Part A schedule (PC Schedule) also.
