Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary 9Ground floor). Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall, dado, window, sills, floor, drain etc. Note : Cement 0.152 cu.m. per 100 sq.m.

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. In Ground Floor: One Coat.

Applying Interior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper/ Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. (In Ground Floor) one coat Water based interior grade Acrylic Primer

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. Premium 100% Acrylic Emulsion.

Applying acrylic emulsion paint of approved make and grand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty (To be done under specific instruction of Superintending Engineer) Luxury Quality

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (up to roof of ground floor), 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. Pakur Variety.

Supplying, fitting & fixing factory made foam PVC (density shall not be less than 600 kg/cum) door frame (finished weight of 2.73 kg/mtr.) of size 100mm X 45mm made off with 5mm thick extruded foam PVC sheet, mitre cut at junction of horizontal and vertical member and joined them by heat welding. Entire door frame profiles to be reinforced with steel primer coated 19 SWG 40mm X 20mm M.S. tube. An additional 5mm thick PVC sheet with desired colour/shade to be provided at the exposed surface and three nos 5mm thick PVC sheet to be provided as gap insert. The door frame to be fixed with wall by using 8mm dia. and 100mm long strainless steel screws and PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4 nos. screws to be provided for each vertical member & 2 nos. for horizontal member all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Plain Colour.

Providing & fixing factory made 30 mm thick factory made solid pvc door shutter made out of single piece extruded solid pvc profile . The style & rails shall be of size of 75 x 30 mm having wall thickness of 5 mm. The style and top bottom rail shall have one side a thickness of 15 mm integrally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power. 15 mm thickness shall be of single piece extruded solid pvc profile whereas it shall be not be made of sheet pasted profile) . Special Note : 1. Specification of the Individual item would be followed as per presidency circle schedule P.W.D. Govt. of West Bengal, currently in vogue. However, the payment would be made as per actual work done and joint measurement at site. 2. Steel and cement to be supplied by the agency at their own arrangement and the rate should be quoted accordingly, Cement - JINDAL (JSW), A.C.C., Ambuja, Ultratech brand to be supplied and steel - SAIL, SRMB, TATA, RINL brand to be supplied, if any. For Ready Mix Concrete, any of the following brand should be used by the vendor; Ultratech / Ambuja / A.C.C. / JSW. All challans copy of RMC, duly authenticated by the agency, have to be submitted to this Company. 3. All information regarding site conditions would be obtained before quoting their rates. 4. The security deposit should be deducted by the company as per prevailing rules. The said security deposit shall be refunded on the expiry of six (6) months (as defect liability period) after completion of the work. Refund of security deposit shall be allowed till the final bill has been prepared and passed. 5. The rate of GST will be effected separately, as applicable. 6. The IT and any other Tax, as applicable, would be deducted from the bill amount.
