Washing and developing tube-well with air compressor pump and engine for 8 (eight) hours continuous pumping per day with necessary arrangement for testing the yield in gallons per hour with ‘V’ notch including hire and labour charges for all tools and plants and scaffolding as required complete in all respect.

Packing the annular space between the outside of the tube-well pipes and strainers and the bore with pea size washed gravel of approved quality having size from 2 mm to 5mm or the size approved by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour and equipments complete.

Note: 1. Specification of the Individual item would be followed as per presidency circle schedule P.W.D. Govt. of West Bengal, currently in vogue. However, the payment would be made as per actual work done and joint measurement at site. 2. Steel and cement to be supplied by the agency at their own arrangement and the rate should be quoted accordingly, Cement-Lafarge, A.C.C., L & T, Ambuja, Ultratech brand to be supplied and steel - SAIL, SRMB, TATA brand to be supplied, if any. For Ready Mixed Concrete, any of the following brand should be used by the vendor; Ultratech / Lafarge / ACC / L & T. All challans copy of RMC, duly authenticated by the agency, have to be submitted to this Company. 3. All information regarding site conditions would be obtained before quoting their rates. 4. The security deposit shall be deducted by the company. The said security deposit shall be refunded on the expiry of six (6) months (as defect liability period) after completion of the work. Refund of security deposit shall not be allowed till the final bill has been prepared and passed. 5. The rate of GST will be effected separately, as applicable. 6. The IT and any other Tax, as applicable, would be deducted from the bill amount
