S&F 240 V 5A 3 pin flush type plug socket & piano key type switch (Anchor make) incl. S&F earth continuity wire, fixed on sheet metal (16 SWG) switch board with bakelite/perspex (wall matching colour) top cover (3 mm thick) flushed in wall incl. mending good damages to original finish. 2x22/0.3 (Ph. & N) and 1x22/0.3 as ECC

Special Note : 1. Specification of the Individual item would be followed as per presidency circle schedule P.W.D. Govt. of West Bengal, currently in vogue. However, the payment would be made as per actual work done and joint measurement at site. 2. The contractor must have electrical license duly renewed up to date. Also, he or his authorized manpower should have supervisors’ license. 3. All information regarding site conditions would be obtained before quoting their rates. 4. The security deposit should be deducted by the company as per prevailing rules. The said security deposit shall be refunded on the expiry of six (6) months (as defect liability period) after completion of the work. Refund of security deposit shall be allowed till the final bill has been prepared and passed. 5. The rate of GST will be effected separately, as applicable. 6. The IT and any other Tax, as applicable, would be deducted from the bill amount.
