Cutting / dismantling of damaged M40 concrete adjacent to the rail by using necessary tools & plants and repairing by new concreting work using mix proportion (1:1:2) with addition of required quantity of Liquid Latex, ‘Racron’, Epoxy Bonding Adhesive & Sika Rapid Hardener, as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The necessary curing work has to be done by the contractor as per requirement.

Note: It may kindly be noted that all the aforesaid item, Sl. No. 1 to 4 may have to be done in day as well as night hours & within restricted time period as allowed by The Kolkata Police authority. The contractor has to arrange for necessary barricading work with illumination by ‘Red Lamp’ and all other safety measures at his own cost and arrangement to avoid any accident an to ensure smooth performance of the work.

Patching of damaged concrete surface with polymer concrete (25mm nominal thick) & curing compound initiator and promoter available in present formulation to be applied as per instructions of manufacturer & as approved by the Engineer.

Epoxy bonding of new concrete to old concrete.

Repairing of potholes & damaged existing concrete surface by polymer cement concrete along the tram track by using ready non shrink, cementitious micro concrete supplied by SIKAREP, MICROCRETE-4

Removal of rubbish, chunk of bitumen / concrete etc from road / bridge to the working site & disposal of the same in conformity with Municipal / Corporation rule, loading into truck & cleaning the same in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge

Temporary barricading with proper road safety measures like signage, red lamp illumination, reflective stickers, etc

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. Pakur Variety. Grade-M 15

Cement concrete with graded jhama khoa (30 mm size) excluding shuttering, In ground floor and foundation, 1:3:6 proportion

Note: 1. It may kindly be noted that all the aforesaid items, may have to be done in day as well as night hours & within restricted time period as allowed by The Kolkata Police Authority. The contractor has to take up the work with all necessary safety measure for avoiding any accident and to ensure smooth performance of the work in all respect. 2. The contractor has to quote the item wise rate both in figure and in word for all the above works. The BOQ would be drawn as per actual execution at site. The bill of work would be drawn as per offer quoted by the contractor and accepted by this Company. 3. Specification of the individual items of work would be followed as per Presidency Circle Schedule, PWD, Govt. of West Bengal, where ever applicable. 4. Cement to be supplied by the contractor at their own arrangement and the rate should be quoted accordingly. Cement brand preferred – Lafarge ACC, Ultratech. 5. For Ready Mix Concrete, any of the following brand should be used by the contractor – Ultratech / Lafarge / ACC / L&T. 6. The rate of GST will be effected seperately, as applicable.
