Making scaffolding upto 20 M height without staging including hire charges of bamboo, Ballah etc. and all materials required suitable to undertake jobs for which scaffolding is being made and dismantling of scaffolding and when will be directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Taking permission from KMC authority and making house drainage connection to the KMC’ main sewer etc. complete through the engagement of the licentiate plumber for sanitary works under CMC authority including making 3 (three) copies of plan for location etc. as per KMC’s requirement with all cost of supervision charges and complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge excluding the cost of supplying and laying pipe line works. (This excludes the cost of the fees to be deposited at the KMC authority. The Corporation fees for such work will be paid separately as per valid receipt issued from the KMC authority against deposited amount. Valid receipt to be produced at the time of payment.)

Making inner wash of the existing deep tube-well of any dia motor by water jet system including hire and labour charges for boring pipes, scaffolding, tools and plants and pipes as necessary, including sealing the bottom of the pipe if necessary.

a) For any depth upto the final level of the filled zone (not exceeding 60M) from G. L.

b) Extra for depth (cutting zone only) of actual inner wash beyond 60 M of the filled up zone. (Payment will be made as per actual measurement of inner wash, irrespective of its diameter, which be determined by measurement the depth before and after inner wash)

Taking out Peet’s valve (upto 100 mm dia) by parts reassembling the same after regarding valve, rewashering flanges, packing etc. including necessary repairing complete to for effective use.

Taking permission from KMC shuttering for sinking of deep tube-well (any size of depth ) any premises under this Company and within Kolkata Municipal Corporation by engagement of the licentiate Tube-well contractor under KMC Authority including making all formalities as required for this purpose complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(This excludes the cost of fees to be deposited at the KMC Authority. The Corporation fees for such work will be paid separately as per valid receipt issued from the KMC Authority against deposited amount valid receipt to be produced at the time of payment)

This item includes all cost of materials, labours etc

Cutting of bitumen paving / layers as required including removing all sorts of rubbish after cutting upto a lead of 75 m. as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

Labour for taking out plastic water storage tank of any capacity including disconnecting pipe lines.

Labour for refixing plastic water storage tank of any capacity in position including refitting pipe connection.

Supplying G.I. flange of

Note: 1. Specification of the Individual item would be followed as per presidency circle schedule P.W.D. Govt. of West Bengal, currently in vogue. However, the payment would be made as per actual work done and joint measurement at site. 2. Steel and cement to be supplied by the agency at their own arrangement and the rate should be quoted accordingly, Cement-Lafarge, A.C.C., L & T brand to be supplied and steel - SAIL, SRMB, TATA brand to be supplied, if any. For Ready Mix Concrete, any of the following brand should be used by the vendor; Ultratech / Lafarge / ACC / L & T. All challans copy of RMC, duly authenticated by the agency, have to be submitted to this Company. 3. All information regarding site conditions would be obtained before quoting their rates. 4. The security deposit should be Ten percent (10%) of the billed amount of the work and shall be deducted by the company as security deposit. The said security deposit shall be refunded on the expiry of six (6) months (as defect liability period) after completion of the work. Refund of security deposit shall be allowed till the final bill has been prepared and passed. 5. The rate of GST will be effected separately, as applicable. 6. The IT and any other Tax, as applicable, would be deducted from the bill amount.
