Dismantling artificial stone flooring upto 50 mm. thick by carefully chiselling without damaging the base and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor including roof.

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

Chipping of roof slab for tiles work etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor.

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6) In superstructure, ground floor

Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips 5.6 mm size with hexagonal square mesh wire netting, I.R.C. fabric mesh or X.P. M. fitted and fixed after tying the existing reinforcement on concrete without distributing the same and with proper scarping and cleaning the reinforcement and disturbed concrete with wire brush etc. after applying a coat of cement including the cost of wire netting I.R.C or X. P. M. & cost of all handling and scaffolding complete as per direction of Engineer-in -charge. 25 mm thick

Ordinary cement concrete M-15 grade (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. Pakur Variety

Supplying, fitting and fixing UPVC pipes A Type and fittings conforming to IS:13592- 1992 with all necessary clamps nails, including making holes in walls, floor etc. cutting trenches in any soil through masonry concrete structures etc if necessary and mending good damages including joining with jointing materials (Spun Yarn, Valamoid/Bitumen/M-Seal etc) complete. UPVC Pipes: 110 mm. Dia.

Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc with cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips, laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface and application of cement slurry before flooring works using cement @ 1.75 kg/sq.m all complete including all materials and labour. Panel shutters of door and window, as per design (each panel consisting of single plank without joint), including fitting and fixing the same in position but excluding the cost of hinge and other fittings. Supplying and laying true to line and level 20 mm / 25 mm. thick precast roof tiles made of cement conc. with stone chips as per approved strength and density set in 25mm avg. thick cement morter (1:3) and filling up joint (3 mm wide) with cement sand mortar (1:1) applying cement slurry @ 1.75 kg per Sq.m back of tiles and then setting close the precast tiles, finishing up the joints with slurry already laid and finally finishing the top surface including providing 150 mm. high skirting with the same tiles flushed with the inside surface of parapet wall, finishing the mouth of rain water pipes, curving etc. as necessary complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Leveling if necessary may be paid separately) For 25 mm. thick precast tiles (cement 14.6 kg/ Sq.m for under layer)

Scraping of moss, blisters etc. thoroughly from exterior surface of walls necessitating the use of scraper, wire brush etc. (Payment against this item will be made only when this has been done on the specific direction of the Engineer-in-charge)

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. In Ground Floor: One Coat.

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor (Two Coat) Normal Acrylic Emulsion

Priming one (1) coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothing surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smootheing surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary. On Timber or plastered surface: Two (2) coats (with any shade except white)

Colour washing with any shade with Stainers, as required including cleaning and smoothening surface thoroughly Two coats (on new works only). Other than yellow, pink.

Removal of rubbish, earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Special Note : 1. Specification of the Individual item would be followed as per presidency circle schedule P.W.D. Govt. of West Bengal, currently in vogue. However, the payment would be made as per actual work done and joint measurement at site. 2. Steel and cement to be supplied by the agency at their own arrangement and the rate should be quoted accordingly, Cement - JINDAL (JSW), A.C.C., Ambuja, Ultratech brand to be supplied and steel - SAIL, SRMB, TATA, RINL brand to be supplied, if any. For Ready Mix Concrete, any of the following brand should be used by the vendor; Ultratech / Ambuja / A.C.C. / JSW. All challans copy of RMC, duly authenticated by the agency, have to be submitted to this Company. 3. All information regarding site conditions would be obtained before quoting their rates. 4. The security deposit should be deducted by the company as per prevailing rules. The said security deposit shall be refunded on the expiry of six (6) months (as defect liability period) after completion of the work. Refund of security deposit shall be allowed till the final bill has been prepared and passed. 5. The rate of GST will be effected separately, as applicable. 6. The IT and any other Tax, as applicable, would be deducted from the bill amount.
