Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). When the height of a particular floor is more than 4 m the equivalent floor height shall be taken as 4 m and extra for works beyond the initial 4 m ht. shall be allowed under 12 (e) for every 4 m or part thereof). Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. Pakur Variety

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, ceilings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75 m. as directed.

Removal of rubbish, earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Making scaffolding with staging, intermediately as will be required, suitable to undertake the job for which the scaffolding with staging is being made including hire charges of bamboo, Ballah and all staging material etc. planks, G. I. sheets etc required dismantling of scaffolding as and when will be directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Above 10.0 m

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6). In super structure ground floor.

125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor.

75 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks set in cement, sand mortar (1:3) in ground floor including H.B. netting in every alternate layers.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] With 1:6 cement mortar

a)      15 mm thick plaster

b)     20 mm thick plaster

Supplying and laying true to line and level 20 mm / 25 mm. thick precast roof tiles made of cement conc. with stone chips as per approved strength and density set in 25mm avg. thick cement morter(1:3) and filling up joint (3 mm wide) with cement sand mortar (1:1) applying cement slurry @ 1.75 kg per Sq.m back of tiles and then settting close the precast tiles, finishing up the joints with slurry already laid and finally finishing the top surface including providing 150 mm. high skirting with the same tiles flushed with the inside surface of parapet wall,finishing the mouth of rain water pipes, curving etc. as necessary complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Levelling if necessary may be paid separately). For 20 mm. thick precast tiles (cement 14.6 kg/ Sq.m for underlayer)

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. In Ground Floor: One Coat.

Applying Interior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper/ Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. (In Ground Floor) one coat Water based interior grade Acrylic Primer

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. For works in foundation, basement and up to roof of ground floor/up to 4 m Tor steel/Mild Steel.

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. Super Protective 100% Acrylic Emulsion.

Dry Distempering to interior walls or ceiling including cleaning, washing, smoothening surface Two coat

Scraping of moss, blisters etc. thoroughly from exterior surface of walls necessitating the use of scraper, wire brush etc.(Payment against this item will be made only when this has been done on the specific direction of the Engineer-in-charge)

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall, dado, window, sills, floor, drain etc. Note : Cement 0.152 cu.m. per 100 sq.m.

Lowering debris from 1st floor to ground floor and to be kept at outside of the building.

Note: 1. Specification of the Individual item would be followed as per presidency circle schedule P.W.D. Govt. of West Bengal, currently in vogue. However, the payment would be made as per actual work done and joint measurement at site. 2. Steel and cement to be supplied by the agency at their own arrangement and the rate should be quoted accordingly, Cement-Lafarge, A.C.C., L & T, Ambuja, Ultratech brand to be supplied and steel - SAIL, SRMB, TATA brand to be supplied, if any. For Ready Mixed Concrete, any of the following brand should be used by the vendor; Ultratech / Lafarge / ACC / L & T. All challans copy of RMC, duly authenticated by the agency, have to be submitted to this Company. 3. All information regarding site conditions would be obtained before quoting their rates. 4. The security deposit shall be deducted by the company. The said security deposit shall be refunded on the expiry of six (6) months (as defect liability period) after completion of the work. Refund of security deposit shall not be allowed till the final bill has been prepared and passed. 5. The rate of GST will be effected separately, as applicable. 6. The IT and any other Tax, as applicable, would be deducted from the bill amount
