Laying 20 mm thick premix carpet open graded by MINI HOT PLANT using 1.8 m3 of 13.2 mm size and 0.9 m3 11.2 mm size stone aggregate per 100 m2 of surface including thorough cleaning of surface applying tack coat, screening, cleaning and preheating stone chips and fully precoating the same with hot matrix @ 54 Kg/ m3 of aggregate carrying the mixture by and suitable approved arrangements and laying the mixture uniformly over the surface by suitable arrangements including manual operation as and when required for proper level, grade and camber , thorough rolling by power roller including the cost and carriage of stone chips and matrix, heating the matrix, pre heating the aggregates to required temperature, returning the empty drums to the departmental Godown and including the hire charges of mini hot mix plant and other than the machineries pay of operators cost of fuel and lubricants etc. Hire charges (to be recovered at central rate when departmentally issued and all other cost complete. (The rate provided does not include the cost and carriage of stone aggregate. Construction wing is to add cost and carriage only to arrive at complete rate)

Laying premixed seal coat on freshly laid premix carpet without tack coat using 0.6 m3 of stone grit (passing 2.36 mm sieve and retained on 1.80 mm sieve) or coarse sand (F.M. more than 2.5 ) per 100 m3 premixing with castionic bitumen emulsion (M.S. grade) conforming to IS code @ 180 Kg / M3 of stone grid / sand including cleaning surface, screening washing and wetting the stone grid / sand, mixing suitable and laying the mixture uniformly over the premix carpet and rolling with power roller till premixed material completely seals the void in the premix carpet etc. All complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge including cost of all labour hire and running charges of road roller and other tools and plants and cost of all other incidental charges including cost and carriage or stone grid / coarse sand and emulsion and returning empty drums to the department Godown / stack yard.

Removal of rubbish, earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Note: 1. Specification of the Individual item would be followed as per presidency circle schedule P.W.D. Govt. of West Bengal, currently in vogue. However, the payment would be made as per actual work done and joint measurement at site. 2. Steel and cement to be supplied by the agency at their own arrangement and the rate should be quoted accordingly, Cement-Lafarge, A.C.C., L & T, Ambuja, Ultratech brand to be supplied and steel - SAIL, SRMB, TATA brand to be supplied, if any. For Ready Mixed Concrete, any of the following brand should be used by the vendor; Ultratech / Lafarge / ACC / L & T. All challans copy of RMC, duly authenticated by the agency, have to be submitted to this Company. 3. All information regarding site conditions would be obtained before quoting their rates. 4. The security deposit should be Ten percent (10%) of the billed amount of the work and shall be deducted by the company. The said security deposit shall be refunded on the expiry of six (6) months (as defect liability period) after completion of the work. Refund of security deposit shall not be allowed till the final bill has been prepared and passed. 5. The rate of GST will be effected separately, as applicable. 6. The IT and any other Tax, as applicable, would be deducted from the bill amount
