Sub- Assemblies and Parts : i) ADDITIONAL SCREEN SET. Screens are made of 0.8 mm CRC perforated sheet and fitted on seasoned hard wood frame, suitably inclined. The screens are free from curvature and burrs.

ii) CYCLONE DUST COLLECTOR : To be made of Mild steel with dust collection Box and mounting stand. Ducting to be made of G.I. sheet. For outside installation

V.B. Elevator to feed Seed Grader. Capacity: 10 TPH based on Wheat Height. 5.5 meters. or above Specification same as per item Sl. no.2

Seed Grader, Capacity: 8-10 Tons/hr. based on wheat at12%moisture content and 20%impurities. Machine is suitable for efficient cleaning and grading of various crops such as wheat, barley, gram, paddy, mustard, pulses, sunflower, soybean etc. Feed Roller: Rubberised feed roller to be provided. Suitable arrangement is provided along the feed roller for adjustment of feed rate. Material: Frame of the machine is made out of heavy duty MS, CRCA sheet of 3.00 mm. thick. All other metal components are made on CNC machines. Sieve box is made out of compressed plywood. No. of Aspirations: 2 Nos. (Pre & tail) No. of Screens: 12 Screens arranged in layers, scalping, grading & sand (undersize). Screen are made of 1mm thick G.I./CRCA sheets CNC punched. Screens are provided with wooden frame. Screen perforation cleaning device: Bouncing Rubber Balls. Oscillating speed of screen: speed range from 300-430 RPM. Variable special drive should be provided to adjust the speed. Blower fan capacity: 7.50 to 10 HP in built fan with approved make of Motor. Blower fan air flow 8000 to 13000 cu.m./hr. The blower fan is dynamically balanced in built type, air aspiration system is provided with air control system for removal of impurities, air chamber is self-cleaning type. Slope of Screen: 2.5 to 5 degrees. Steel Foundation Frame of suitable size is to be provided.

FEED HOPPER FOR BAGGING Capacity: 5 TPH based on paddy Suitable thickness of G.I. Sheet for sides & for hopper bottom. M.S. supporting legs with suitable thickness of foundation plate, suitable M.S. bracing equipped with discharge gate, transparent sheet window for viewing the seed level in the bin. The bin shall be supplied with top cover and platform ladder.

AUTOMATIC WEIGHING & BAGGING MACHINE WITH AIR COMPRESSOR Weighing Range: 5 Kg to 50 Kg. Net Weighing and Bagging Machine for materials like cereals, grains, seeds etc. in open mouth or valve type bags. Weighing technique assuring accuracy, consistency and trouble free operation. No. of Bags/min: 2 Property of material: Free flowing Accuracy: +- 1gm to 8gm Digital display: LED Facility: Auto/Manual Mode Type of electric control panel: As required for proper memory storage. Digital inputs: 14, Digital output: 10 Complete with control panel, weigh hopper with pneumatic discharge gate, sector gate with coarse and fine feed facility, discharge collection spout, pneumatic bag holding clamps for open mouth bags, stamping& other required accessories. SYSTEM ARRANGEMENT (OPERATION) Auto weighing and bagging machine shall be mounted below storage silo (Bagging Bin). Weigh hopper is mounted on load cell. Arrangement of programming for required value with coarse and fine feeding, batch number, tolerance etc. On run command, system will start weighing. Once the material reaches 90% of required value, coarse feed stops and fine feed start and stops when 100% value, material drops from Weigh hopper to the discharge spout. When the weigh hopper is empty, system shuts off the gate and starts next batch and goes on working in this sequence. Air compressor for opening of sector gate and also for pneumatic clamping of bags. Motor: 2HP 440V 50 Hz 3 Phase Complete with base frame, T, motor, starter, switch with required capacity & nos. of Tank, cylinders, air pressure & with auto start, stop.

HEAVY DUTY BAG CLOSING MACHINE WITH BELT CONVEYOR, Capacity: 500 -600 Bags per Hour. As suitable for stitching of jute bags, cloth bags, paper bags, polypropylene bags etc. Twin needle, required nos. of thread, sewing head with speed upto 25000 stitches per minute, stitching width 5 to 9 mm adjustable. The head is fitted on shaft and belt conveyor of proper length. Complete with3 phase Electric motor of suitable H.P. for sewing head &foot operated paddle switch. Sewing head with variable height from 250 mm to 1000 mm depending on bag size.

ELECTRIC CONTROL PANEL. The panel shall be equipped with main on/off switch, change over switch to allow the machines to be powered either from the generator or main supply, voltmeter, ammeter, phase indicators, motor starters with protective relays and fuses, 2 Nos.15 Amp sockets of 220V single phase are provided for ancillary equipment/lights etc. All motors fitted with the machines shall be tropically rated totally enclosed fan cooled type and current protecting. Suitable for 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, AC Supply. NOTE: In case electric control panel is to be supplied then starters and switches shall be fitted in the control panel and will not be supplied with the individual machines.

INSTALLATION &COMMISSIONING. For the equipment as listed above installation & commissioning will include following: i) Civil Foundation of the equipment including labour, tools, tackles and material under normal conditions.ii) Assembly and erection of equipment. iii) Electrical connections to equipment from main panel OR nearest available power point including material viz. required size cable etc. properly laid in suitable size PVC Pipe.iv) Trial and training of user`s staff for proper operation and maintenance of the installed machine
