The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Work performed as prime Contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years. 2. Work performed as Sub-Contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years. The bidder should provide information on the project name, name of employer, description of work, value of contract, contract number, date of issue of work order, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, and remarks explaining reasons for delay, if any. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should provide information on the value of works remaining to be completed, with a certificate from the Engineer-in-charge. The amount and deductible for insurance is: 1% of estimated cost of construction put to tender.
