Making up loss of material/irregularities on shoulders to the design level by adding fresh approved selected soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment at OMC upto a lead of 1000 m as per technical specification Clause 1903 of specification of Rural Roads.

Stirpping excess soil from the shoulder surface to achieve th e approved level and compacting with plate compactor at OMC as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1903 of specification of Rural Roads.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting grading II stone aggregates of specific sizes for water bound macadam including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying stone screening/binding materials and brooming to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405. of specification of Rural roads including lighting, guarding, barricading etc. Complete. (30 % of material is to be reused.)For estimate preparation,Construction wing will add cost and carriage of 1.32 cum Grading II aggregates (63mm size @ 0.43 cum, 45mm size @ 0.75 cum, 26.5 mm size @ 0.10 cum, 22.40 mm size @ 0.04 cum) and 0.267 cum of Type B Screening (5.6mm size @ 0.184 cum, 2.8mm to 180 micron @ 0.083 cum) per Cum completed Volume.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 -1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification Clause 502 of specification of rural roads.

Maintenance of Slab type Culverts by way of clearing, Cleaning, Erosion repair, repairs to cracks, parapet walls and Protection works as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1908 for Rural Roads of MORD.

Maintenance of 200 metre km stone by way of refitting of tilted stones repairing with cement mortar, cleaning, repairing and lettering on 200 metre km stone and 5th km stone as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1912 for Rural Roads of MORD.

Maintenance of road signs by way of cleaning and repainting of mandatory / requlatory / cautionary / informatory and place identifications sign board as per drawings and direction of Engineering - in- Charge and following technical specification Clause 1910 of Specification of Rural Roads

White washing of parapet walls of CD work and tree truncks. White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks including preparation of surface by cleaning, scraping etc. as per technical specifications Clause 1915 of Specification of Rural Roads.

Providing and fixing the typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications & drawing. Three MS plate of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25 mm X 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm X 25mm X 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos 75 mm X 75mm X 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M 15 grade blocks of 450mm X 450mm X 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm X 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All MS will be stove enabled on both sides. Lettering required shades and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701. Providing, laying and rolling of cold mixed open graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of unheated mineral aggregates 13.2 mm (passing 22.4mm and retained on 11.2mm) & 11.2mm (passing 13.2mm & retained on 5.6mm) nominal size of aggregates using Cold Mix Binder of appropriate grade conforming to IS:8887 and having bitumen content 6.5% minimum by weight of stone aggregate to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared surface, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller, finished to required level and grade as per technical specifications clause 508.2 of Specifications for Rural Roads and as per IRC:SP:100-2014, including hire charges of mixing plant and other machineries, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants, lighting, guarding, baricading, etc. complete.

Providing and laying liquid seal coat (Type-A) using Cold Mix Binder of appropriate grade @ 12-14 Kg per 10m2 area over premix carpet and then 6.3mm passing aggregate over it, and compacting the aggregate layer with 8-10 tonne roller immediately after the spreading of aggregates to get the finished surface conforming to IRC:SP:100-2014.

Earthwork in exavation for structures as per drawings and technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deletorious material and disposal up to a lead 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material including bailing out/ pumping out water from foundation trackas and providing nominal shoring as directed.(i) Oridinary soil: upto 3m depth

Providing concrete for plan concrete in open foundation including cost of from work as & where necessary, curring complete as per drawing & Technical specification clause 802.803,1202 1203 of specification of rural roads. PCC Gr. M 15 Nominal mix(1:2:5:5)
