Earthwork in excavation of foundation, trenches, drains in all sorts of soil including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sand stone including removing , spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75mm as directed, the item including trimming the sides of trenches leveling dressing and ramming the bottom bailing out water as required complete. a)Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.50mtr.

Earthwork in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layers not exceeding 150mm including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete.(with earth obtained from excavation of foundation. )

Supplying & laying Polythene sheet (150 gm/Sq. m ) over damp proof coarse or below flooring or roof tarracing or in foundation or foundation trenches.

Cement Concrete with 40 mm down ballast excluding shuttering. (1:3:6 proportion.)( Pakur Vr.)

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (4:1) a)        In Foundation and Plinth

Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips 20mm. nominal sizes excluding shuttering and reinforcement (if any) as per relavent IS Code . (i) Pakur Vr.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4m using approved stout props and thick hardwood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels, curved or straight including fitting fixing and striking out after complete of works(upto roof of groun floor). f) 25mm to 30mm shuttering without staging in foundation.

(i) Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structure including distributors, stirrups binder etc. including supply of rods initial straightening and removal of loose rust ( if any) necessary cutting to requisite length hooking and bending to correct shape placing in proper position every intersection complete as per drawing and direction. Neat cement punning 1.5mm thick in wall dado window silt, floor, drqins etc. using cement @ 0.152M3/M2

Box cutting or filling in Road embankment in all sorts of soil including spreading the spoils properly over the flank as necessary or on berm to approximate grade & camber and rolling the sub-grade with power roller to proper camber and grade as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including uprooting and removing plants and jungles when and where necessary. (b)For each additional Depth of 150mm and part thereof.

Providing , laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size to water bond macadam spacification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tones in stage to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the intersects og coarse aggregate , watering binding lighting guarding barricating and making earthen bunth of one metre width on each side and preparing bed by necessary cutting or filling, including cost of materials and hire labour charges of all men and machinaries and compacting to the requisite density, as per clause 404 of specifications for Road & Bridge Works (iii) Grading -II Agreegate (53mm to 22.4mm) Using stone screening Type- B(11.2mm)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with cement content as per IRC: 15-2011, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batch mix plant / RMC and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design (as per IRC:44 2008), laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing, spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, polysulphide sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 for Rural Roads of MORD. ( Using M30 Concrete)

Construction of Subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved matetial obtained from borrowpit with all left and leads, transporting to sote, spreading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per technical specification.
