Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4m using approved stout props and thick hardwood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels, curved or straight including fitting fixing and striking out after complete of works(upto roof of groun floor). (a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By TATA-Medium GI pipe

Supply & erection of 8 M height mini mast system (Bajaj/Crompton/Transil/Utkarsh make) on existing RCC foundation with its accessories. Mast shifty shall be in one section with steel materials confirming to BSEN 10025 and materials shall be high tensile steel grade S335, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame. Top dia 150mm & bottom dia 410mm with top and bottom thickness 4mm. It also include accessories for mast including frame with lantern carriage, PVC cable and junction box with all best quality water resistance. Must have ladder hook as per technical specification.

Supply fabrication & fixing GI header/ structure for fixing of 5 nos Flood Light made of 65 x 65 Dia 500mm long CHS pipe and MS angle frame 40x40x6mm structure tip portion is cover with 750x750x3mm thick top plate welded with angle frame structure 4 nos angle frame each 300mm long. The header is also extra supported by 4 nos vertical angle of above specification including providing of 6nos hole for locking / check out device with the frame size (300 x 300mm) to the top & ST pole for fixing 6 nos Flood light. The complete header is also strengthening with designed MS flat size 500mm 6mm thick including scaffolding arrangement for lifting the same at the to of 8 mtr. long ST pole as per direction of EIC including painting.
