Preparation of RCC foundation of (500x500) mm and 1500 mm height (1200 mm below the ground level) with required 44.77 kg rod(approved make) ,Cement(approved make) chips, sand etc as per M20 grade with ground bolt 4 nos for fixing the 6 Mtr high octagonal pole.(Design of RCC foundation as per specification and drawing approved by EIC.

Supply and delivery of 6 mtr. High octagonal pole with single arm should be Hot Dip Galvanised of 1 mtrHot Dip Galvanised octagonal street light pole [with inbuilt terminal box for cable connection], made of Structural Steel (3 mm thick) of grade S355JO per European Standard EN 10025], alongwith base plate, arm bracket & foundation bolts-i) Bottom diameter – 130 mm [Across Face (A/F)]. ii) Top diameter – 70 mm [Across Face (A/F)] iii) Base plate – Size : 200mm X 200mm X 12 mm (PCD – 200 mm), as per IS – 2062. iv) Foundation bolts, washers & nuts –Bolt : 'J' type M24 X 750 mm long [EN 8 grade, 6 nos. per pole]. Washer : Suitable plain washer for the aforesaid bolts (1 no. per bolt).Nut: Suitable nuts for the aforesaid bolts (3 nos. per bolt).Cap – To be made from 3 mm thick of suitable diameter, to fit on Pole [top diameter – 70 mm (A/F)] with bolts, with a top cover welded at top. Erection, testing and commissioning of Dip Galvanised octagonal street light pole, including fixing of single arm/ double arm

Supply and fixing of 1 -6 AMP SP MCB‘C' Series MCB (Make L & T) /Havells/ to be placed on a din channel at Suitable location of Pole and 1×4 way /100A cable Terminal is required at the suitable location of the pole.

Supply and delivery ,fixing of 60 watt LED Streetlight luminaire (Philips-BRP056 led59 CW SLF PSU S1)

Connection luminaries with 2CX1.5 sqmm PVC insulated 1100 v grade copper control cable of Finolex/RR/KEI through pole from loop box to light fitting as required.

Supply and fitting 30 mm dia GI pipe of 0.348 mtr length for installation of LED fitting if required.

Supplying of 2 core 10 sq.mm. XLPE insulated aluminium conductor armored cable of 1.1 KV grade As per IS 7098(Part -1) 1988 of Havells/EIC

Supplying of 3.5 core 25 sq.mm. XLPE insulated aluminium conductor armored cable of 1.1 KV grade As per IS 7098(Part -1) 1988 of Havells/EIC

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl.removing the rubbish-From 2.5 sqmm to 35 sqmm at an average depth of 75 mm in floor/pavement/wall etc.

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required-ISI(M)-100mm dia

Cutting the RCC road approx 300 mm depth by special type of hammer & chisel and vibrating machine.

Making cement concrete on cutting area by PCC(4:3:1) incl good the damages.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as -

i) For 2 core-upto 10 sqmm

ii) For 3½ core-upto 25 sqmm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials.

i) 2 core 10 sqmm cable

ii) 3½ core 25 sqmm cable

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs,pvc pipe etc. as required and mending good damages

Taking out the LT Induction motor from its position , Complete servising & Heat Vernishing of 415 V3 phase,motor after cleaning the the stator and heating it up periodically and vernishing by Dr. Becks' graded insulating varnish to obtain stable IR vaule ,cleening up the Rotor incl. heating demoisturisation, lacker coating on the surface of rotor coil stamping,cleaning & RO priming on the end shield covers, bearing housing and complete-

Finishing the end terminal leads by S&F dowells copper sockets properly supplying tapes, petrollium jelly etc(6 Nos).

Replacing and jointing of new 1.1 KV grade 70 sqmm fibre glass copper wire terminals lead by 100% solder(Eyre) compound with Eyre-7 paste.(6 Nos Lead)

Supply of carbon Bush.

Supplying and fixing Sheet steel Main Switches on flat iron frame on wall

i) 415V TPN with fuse on L&N-30/32 A-Havells

Distribution wiring of Icle plants including, Swith & switch board,Light fittings,fans,etc .Details provided during work execution following the pwd schedule.
