The bidder must have successfully supplied, erected, tested, and commissioned or supervised the erection, testing, and commissioning of a 33 kV or higher class complete sub-station or at least 02 nos. of bays at a sub-station in India during the last 07 years, which must be in successful operation for at least one year. Additionally, the bidder must have successfully supplied, erected, tested, and commissioned or supervised the erection, testing, and commissioning of transmission/distribution lines/feeders of 33 kV or higher voltage in a maximum of two turnkey contracts having installation of at least 1 km in each of the two contracts or 10 km in a single turnkey contract in the last 07 years, which must be in successful operation for at least one year. The Project Manager shall have at least 02 years' experience in execution of such contract of comparable nature. The bidder's Average Annual Turnover for the last 03 financial years shall not be less than Rs. 2350.89 Lac, and the Net worth at the end of the last financial year shall not be less than Rs 391.82 Lacs. The Bidder shall also have Liquid Asset and/or evidence of access to or availability of credit facilities of equivalent amount not less than Rs. 391.82 Lacs.
