Earthwork in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. i) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm. as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water ramming complete, including the cost of supply of sand. (Payment to be made in measurement of finished quantity.)

Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand.

Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40 mm.size) excluding shuttering in ground floor. a) 1:3:6 proportion.

Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor, as per relevant IS code. i) Pakur variety.

Ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per IS codes. a) Pakur variety.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging up to 4mtr. using approved stout, props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels, curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works. b) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in the all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening & removal of loose rust (if necessary),cutting to requsite length, hooking & bending to correct shape, placing in proper position & binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection,complete as per drawing & direction. For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor / upto 4 m. i) Tor steel (JSW/JSPL/SHYAM/SRMB/BMASL /ELECTROSTEEL/SSL) For work in foundation and upto to ground floor roof.

Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm./ sqm.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation trenches.

Brick work with 1st. class bricks in cement mortar. (6:1) a) In foundation and plinth.

125mm. thick brick work with 1st. class bricks in cement mortar (4:1) in First floor.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface, including throating nosing and drip course where necessary. i) With (6:1) cement mortar. a) 20 mm thick plaster. (Ground floor).

15 mm thick plaster. (Ground floor)

Neat cement punning above 1.5mm. thick in wall, dado, window sills, floor etc. (Note : Cement 0.152 cum. per 100 sqm.)

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angles, channel sections) conforming to IS : 226, IS : 808 & SP (6) : 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS : 816 1956 & IS : 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS : 814 – 1957, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental charges such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. i) For structural members of specified section weighing less than 22.5 Kg / M.

Fabrication, supplying, fitting & fixing of cable trenches covers with 6 mm. thick M. S. chequered plate having 2 nos. 10 mm. dia. M. S. lifting hooks, strengthening the plate by welding 2 nos. 16 mm. dia. M. S. bar at bottom (length wise) including supplying, fitting & fixing of 25 x 25 x 5 mm. M. S. angle seats of both side of trenche as per drawing & direction complete with all labour & materials.

18 mm to 22 mm thick, kota stone slab set in 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) in floor, stair & lobby including pointing in cement slurry with admixture of pigment matching the stone shade, including grinding & polishing as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 18 mm. to 22 mm. thick kota stone slab in wall, dado in 15 mm thick [avg] cement mortar (1:3) including making suitable arrangement to hold the stone properly by brass / copper hooks including pointing in cement mortar (1:2) (1 cement : 2 marble dust) with admixture of pigments matching the stone shade, including grinding and polishing all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, staging, curing complete. [Using cement slurry for bedding @4.4 kg/Sq.m and for jointing @1.8 kg/Sq.m]

Labour charges for fabrication and installation of composite door, window, partitions made from annodized extruded alloy aluminium sections for Partly glazed partly panelled or fully glazed single leaf aluminium swing door made of extruded and anodized alloy aluminium section, fabrication including cutting to proper shape and size, drilling and aligning fitted with heavy duty hydraulic action floor spring placed in the floor with mending damages with top assembly of approved make and brand, fitted with-in built locking arrangement, flush bolt, glazing clips and all other necessary fittings, fixture adhesive and joineries, cutting glass of approved make to requisite shape and size fitting with dry set neoprene or EPDM gasketing, cutting to requisite shape and size panel board (pre-laminated/ particle block) fixing them with glazing clip as per drawing and specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge.[The rate includes the hire charges off all tools and plants, adhesive,joineriessuch as screw, cleat angle but excluding the cost of extruded aluminium section, glass, panel boards, neoprene/EPDM gasketing,locking arrangement, weather gasketing/wool pile,floor spring,top pin,handle, tower bolt, glazing cleats etc.]

Supplying fitting & fixing bubble free float glass of required size of approved make and brand conforming to IS:2835/1987 i) 5 mm thick clear glass

Supplying, fitting & fixing anodised aluminium grip handle with base plate of approved quality . 165mm. Grip x 12mm.dia rod x42 mm. plate x 3.2 mm. thick.

Supplying, fitting & fixing 4 lever mortice lock of any approved make and brand as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 150 mm

Supplying Aluminium casted body hydraulic door closer as per I.S.I.

Priming one coat on steel surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface if necessary. On steel or other metal surface.

Construction of circular soak well 2.5 metre deep in all types of sandy soils with dry brick work upto 1.6 mtr. from the bottom having 150 mm. intermediate cement brick work (6:1) band all round and cement brick work (6:1) upto 0.9 mtr. from top with 19 mm. thick cement plastering (4:1) to inside face upto the depth of cement brick work, 12 mm. thick cement plaster (4:1) on outer face from the top of well upto G.L. and 6 mm. thick cement plaster (4:1) on top of the R.C.C. cover slab including filling bottom 1.00 mtr. of inside of the well with brick metal (50 mm. to 63 mm. size) including R.C.C. cover slab of designed thickness with cement concrete (4:2:1) with stone chips with necessary reinforcement and shuttering including one 560 mm. dia. R.C.C. manhole cover of approved make supplied, fitted and fixed in the cover slab with necessary fittings, making necessary arrangements for pipe connections, excavation of well including shoring, de-watering and removing the excess earth from the premises as per direction complete in all respect with all costs of labour and materials.
