The bidder is required to have a minimum aggregate executed order value of Rs 2.5 Crore, with a single order value of at least Rs 45 lakhs in the solar PV Power Project sector or any other electrical job sector during the preceding 7 years. The bidder should have executed a contract for installation & commissioning of at least one 10 MW grid-connected solar project or above during the preceding 7 years. Alternatively, the bidder should have executed a contract for comprehensive operation & maintenance of at least one grid-connected solar power plant or above for at least one year during the preceding 7 years. The bidder should have a Minimum Average Annual Turnover of 30% of the estimated cost of the tender during the last 3 consecutive financial years. The bidder should also have Liquid Assets and/or evidence of access to or availability of fund-based credit facilities of not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the project. A performance guarantee in the form of a Bank Guarantee (PBG) for an amount not less than 10% of the total value of the contracts is required. No specific prior work experience in terms of years is mentioned, but the bidder needs to submit a "Statement of orders executed during the last three financial years" and "Performance Certificates" for at least the last one year from the date of Bid Publication.
