Excavation of soil by cutting of Metalled Road/Cement Concrete/Brick Soling etc & re- instatement of the same as per instruction of Site Engineer

Supply & laying of kiln-burnt 1st class bricks having proper size & shape suitable for cable protective cover as per drawing & instruction of Site Engineer

Making ready of Jointing Pit by excavation of soil for carrying out Straight through joint of 33 kV Grade 1 X 1000 sq.mm. XLPE Al cable with supply of jointing materials (Make of reputed brand like Raychem, 3M etc.), at the strategic locations making ready of jointing pits with necessary arrangement for providing temporary tent, shoring shuttering and bailing out of water from jointing pit. Top and all sides of the jointing are properly covered with the tarpaulin/ polithen shit & arrange of men power as required to helping the Cable Jointer.

XLPE Al cable with supply of jointing materials (Make of reputed brand like Raychem, 3M etc.), at the strategic locations making ready of jointing pits with necessary arrangement for providing temporary tent, shoring shuttering and bailing out of water from jointing pit. Top and all sides of the jointing are properly covered with the tarpaulin/ polithen shit & arrange of men power as required to helping the Cable Jointer.

XLPE Al cable with supply of jointing materials (Make of reputed brand like Raychem, 3M etc.), at the strategic locations making ready of jointing pits with necessary arrangement for providing temporary tent, shoring shuttering and bailing out of water from jointing pit. Top and all sides of the jointing are properly covered with the tarpaulin/ polithen shit & arrange of men power as required to helping the Cable Jointer.

Micro-Tunnelling work with laying of 160mm diam. HDPE Pipe of PE-80 , PN-6 as per instruction of Site Engineer and as per site condition for laying of UG cable including supply of HDPE pipe as per IS: 4984-1995 including preparation and submission of drawing for such cable laying. (Detail scope of Micro- Tunnelling work is as per Annexure- "S" as given below) 1. The Micro-Tunnelling work with HDPE Pipe of requisite sizes (160 mm. or 200mm,dia. as per IS: 4984-1995) by Horizontal Direct drilling( H.D.D) methord may be done for laying of different sizes of underground cables along the route for main crossing point of NH/ SH/ Metal road, Railway, River/ Canal, Other pipelines/ installations of different utilities as per direction of Engineer-In Charge. (Cost of all materials, labour, hiring charges of tools, plants, machineries etc., transportations, incidentals are to to be borne by the contractor) 2. Ground penetrating Radar survey along the proposed Micro-Tunnelling route for identification of underground services is to be adopted during Micro-tunnelling work. 3. Requisite safe drilling inspection pits and test pits, where ever necessary, are to be executed during Micro- tunnelling work. 4. Guided boring/ drilling Technology is to be used. 5. In horizontal and vertical boring system should be capable up to 10 m below ground level. 6. Depth of boring should be as to clear any underground utilities/ obstructions. Minimum depth of boring for road crossing should be 1.65m from the crust level of road. The micro -Tunneling should be at least 2 m below the design bed level of the Channel/ Canal. 7. Radio or any other detection system should be used for avoiding damage to existing underground utilities like electric cables, water pipe lines, sewerage line, Telcom copper cables, Optical fibres, Gas pipe lines etc. 8. The record of depth of laying HDPE pipe through Micro-Tunnelling below the canal / road/ Railway/ other utilities should be maintained at an interval of 5m. 9. Necessary data from the appropiate different authorities for crossing point are to be obtained for Micro- Tunnelling work with the assistance of WBSEDCL. 10. Proposed Micro-Tunnelling diagram with land mark along with depth profile are to be submitted for obtaining approval from the respective utilities before execution. After execution of Micro-Tunnelling work route profile are to be submitted for record.

Laying of 200 mm diam. HDPE Pipe of PE-80, PN-6 as per Jack push method as per instruction of Site Engineer and as per site condition for laying of U.G cable including supply of HDPE pipe as per IS: 4984-1995

Laying & dressing of 3 Run 33 kV 1 X 1000 sq.mm. XLPE cable in Trefoil Formation along with Fixing of Trefoil Clamp as per requirement of site

Making protective duct for cable joint complete as per WBSEDCLs approved drawing (Ref. Drg. no.PLN(D)/55/127, dt. 23.06.2018)

Supply & Erection of Cable Marker on concrete foundation blocks for straight run, road crossing, joint location etc as per drawing no..PLN(D)/55/128 dt. 23.06.2018 & specification & durection of Site Engineer.

Supply & Fixing of Cable Tag on Cable

Conducting physical survey of HT lines including all associated assets using Vidyut Manchirta App (as per requirement of IT & C Cell) and subsequent data uploading and data validation with providing necessary logistic support like mobile devices, SIM Card, PCs, Power Bank, Internet Connection etc for the purpose of GIS field survey and updating of GIS mapping.

Removal/ Uprooting & Returning of 33 KV 3 x 400 sqmm XLPE cable from site to WBSEDCL's Store including transportation charges.

Rising (including supply and fixing of all associated materials ensuring to safety & standard) of each feeder i.e. 3 Run 33 kV 1 X 1000 sq.mm. XLPE cable on the existing Source structure & terminal of Indoor Switchgear

Repairing of Cement Concrete Footpath with a plain cement concrete (1:3:6) bed of 100 mm thickness lying over a layer of Single Brick Flat Soling (B.F.S.) after properly compaction along with supply of raw materials, such as Bricks, Sand, Aggregate, Cement etc. as required and restoration as far as practicable and as per direction of Site Engineer (For 1.00 Mtr. wide road).
