Cleaning of deposited silt,clay,sand etc. from the bottom of forebay tank (excluding bellmouth portion) & disposing the same at natural river or as directed by head load or any other suitable method including the necessary tools & tackles etc. complete in all respect.

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1956 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 1957, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. I) For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m

Painting with ready mixed Black Japan of approved make and brand including smoothening surface b) Two coats

Rubble masonry in cement (1:6) with hard dressed stones from approved quarries and clean, coarse and washed sand including carriage of all materials to site. (a) In Road and Jhora Work

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. (b) Where staging is not required.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (b) River bazree

Plum concrete work with 40% cement concrete with 30mm down graded stone metal & 60% stone boulder to size 150mm and above, placed in position as directed excluding shuttering if any. i) (1:3:6) proportion.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (ii) With 1:6 cement mortar (b) 15 mm thick plaster

Supplying empty Cement bags in good condition.

Filling empty Cement bags with dry earth or sand, stitching the bag (cost of thread included) and carrying and placing them in position and all incidental charges complete but excluding cost of sand and gunny bags.

Supply of Labours for a day for cleaning of all sumppits, some portion of penstoke pipe and drain, etc. of power house including carrying the mud ,slurry,debris etc. from the sumppit and drain to out side the Stage -II power house compound as per direction

Installation of dewatering pump set & hose pipe to the sump pits of Stage II Power House including tools, tackles, all electrical fiitings complete in all respect where only pump, hose pipe & electricity will be supplied from the Stage II Power House

Uninstallation of dewatering pump set & hose pipe from the sump pits and placing it to desired location as directed by the EIC complete in all respect.

Operation of dewatering pump for a day for cleaning of sump pits as and when required with safety complete in all respect

Cutting of branches of trees, uprooting and removing stumps & roots, trimming of grass and weeds and cleaning accumulated unwanted material including operation of silt excluder valve if needed on pier cap of Jhalung aqueduct bridge maintaining proper safety equipment for all the worker and under strict supervision.
