Supply & fixing of 240V /32A sheet steel DP switch fuse unit on angle iron frame . Including making necessary connection & mending good damages to original finish.

Supply & fixing of indoor type LT cubicle pattern wall/Floor mounted panel board complete with Eye bolts, Channels(if required) & all necessary hardware required. The panel board shall be made of sheet steel (CRCA). The thickness of sheet shall be of minimum 2mm . The panel should be finished with powder coated epoxy paints.This panel is to be fixied on wall to receive and distribute power and shall comprise of the following: a) 415V 250A TPN SDF as incomer of the LT panel with connection box -1no (if required) b) 500A TPN Aluminium cubical busbar chamber-1set c) 415V/63A SDF mainswitch-4 nos d) 415V/240V/32A DP SDF main switch(As directed by EIC-3 no. e) Suitable range Ammeter & voltmeter with selector switch. f) watt hour meter with suitable connection & range making complete inter connection with adequate size of copper wire/aluminium bars,jointing materials etc.The shall be duly earthed with 10SWG GI wire incl. mending good damages to original finish.

Supply & laying of 1.1KV grade 2core 10 sq.mm PVC armoured Al. cable in under ground trench 460 X 760mm average depth with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 nos bricks per mtr filling the space between the brick and the cable and also the trench with shifted soil & restoring the surface duly rammed.

Supply & laying of 1.1KV grade 2core 6 sq.mm PVC armoured Al. cable in under ground trench 460 X 760mm average depth with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 nos bricks per mtr filling the space between the brick and the cable and also the trench with shifted soil & restoring the surface duly rammed.

Supply & laying of 1.1KV grade 2 core 6 sq.mm PVC armoured Al. cables after cutting floor/pavement/wall and making holes incl. embedding the cable at an avg. depth of 75mm and mending good damages to original finish including removing the rubbish from the work place.

Supply & laying of 1.1KV grade 4 core 10 sq.mm PVC armoured Al. cables on wall /surface incl. supply & fixing of M.S. saddles for fixing the cables with earthing attachment with 2 nos 10SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire, making holes etc. as necessary & mending ,good damages & painting the following.

Supply & laying of 1.1KV grade 4 core 10 sq.mm PVC armoured Al. cables after cutting floor/pavement/wall and making holes incl. embedding the cable at an avg. depth of 75mm and mending good damages to original finish including removing the rubbish from the work place.

Excavation of soil for installation of earth electrode and filling and ramming for soft soil.

Earthing with 50mm dia GI pipe (ISI) medium grade 3.64mm thick x 3.04 mts long and 1x4 SWG GI (hotdip) wire 4mt, 13 mm dia x80mm long GI bolts , double washers incl. supply and fixing 15mm dia GI pipe protection (1mt long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the gr. level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65mts below the ground level & restoring the surface duly rammed.

Extra for providing masonry enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36cm x86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below gr. Level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25cm width duly plaster- ed with cement morter(inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56cm x 35.56cm with locking arrangement , GI reducer including drilling of 46nos 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for electrode.

Supply & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat 25mm x6mm on wall having clearence of 6mm from the incl. providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washer , spacing insulator etc. as required.

Connecting the earth busbar incl. supply and fixing GI (hot dip) wire of 8 SWG on floor /wall with staples buried in side wall/floor /as required and making connecting to the Earth electrode with PVC cover ,bolts, nuts, washer , cables lugs etc. as required and mending good damages to original finish.

Supply & fixing 240V, 6A plug socket with separate 6A piano key type switch (Brand approved by EIC) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall including supply & Fixing 240mm X 200mm X65 mm MS(16SWG) switch board & bakelite/Perspex top cover of 3mm thick by brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover & making necessary connections as required.

Supply & Fixing of cubical box type board with 16SWG metal sheet & MS angles on all sides and front hinged cover with locking arrangement . The cubical board will be fixed on to the wall with the cover flush with outside surface of the wall near one of the entrance of the new godown, by concealed system including cutting the wall & plastering the same with neat cement finish. The cubical board shall consist of the following: i) 1 no. 6 way TPN single door DB ii) 63A 4 pole isolator -1no. iii) 6/16A SP MCB(C series 10KA) - 15 nos iv) M.S. switch boxes with 16A/6A/10A switch as per requirement /direction of EIC for individual or group lighting (Minimum nos of switch on board is 36 nos it may be extended on site condition for group control & spare in case of individual control switch as per requirements) v) 440V with Danger plate on board. vi) wire loop box of suitable size-1 no. vii) 16A socket with switch on MS box-1 set All above equipments will be mounted cubicle (totally enclosed type) sheet metal box . The inter- connection between isolator , neutral, bar earthed bar , MCB & switch boxes shall be made with adequate size of copper wire and both ends of wire shall be provided with copper lugs, sockets by crimping method, And covered with coloured PVC insulated tapes . This box is to be painted with two coats of approved anti-corrosive paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer and complete with proper earthing arrangements incl. mending good damages to original finish.

Distribution wiring with 1.1KV grade 2 core 6 sq.mm PVC armoured aluminium cable on wall/surface/truss including supply and fixing MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10SWG GI (Hot dip) making holes etc. as necessary mending good damages in loop-in loop-out system to indoor light points in godowns.

Supply & fixing cast aluminium out door type bulkhead light fittings including supply of 36watt CFL lamp and this fittings should be held with bracket made from GI pipe of suitable dia complete making connections as required and mending good damages to wall incl. painting.

Supply & fixing of 4 way TPN Double door DB on wall including supply & fixing of 63A 4P isolator & 6 nos 6A SP C series MCBincluding necessary connection arrangements and also keep 6mm clearance from wall.

Supply & fixing of 4 way SPN single door DB on wall including supply & fixing of 40A 2P isolator & 2 nos 6A SP C series MCBincluding necessary connection arrangements and also keep 6mm clearance from wall.

Supply & fixing loop box of suitable size made from CRC sheet in which fuse facility should be provided for individual fittings without distruption of other fitting in the loop -in loop-out system . The box including the cover should be painted with a non-corrosive paint complete with mechanical locking arrangement with earthing attachment and earthing terminal with lug and one neutral link on porcelain insulator etc. incl. mending the good damages to original finish.

Supply & fixing of Industrial box type LED tube set including 2x20w (at least) LED tube to be fixed on the truss/wall inside the godown as per direction of the EIC . The lumenious efficiency of the fittings shall be 100/watt (atleast) or more surge protection 2KV(at least) . THD 10-20% p.f. should be 0.9 , IP 20 LM 79 & LM 80 to be submitted if required. Fittings should be fitted with GI bracket or equivalent of suitable diameter complete with making connection as required and mending good damages to wall including painting . Prior approval of the EIC is required before fixing of the fittings.

Supply & fixing of 45w LED(at least) street light fittings with IP66/IP65 protection to be fixed on the out side wall of the newly constructed godown as per direction of the EIC. The lumenious efficiency shall be 100/watt (at least) or more , surge protection 5KV . THD 10-20% ,p.f. should be 0.9 ,CRI 70, with lense peanut optics . LM 79 & LM80 to be submitted if required .The driver should be BIS certified and silicon filled potted used for vibration and short circuit proof This fittings should be held in place with suitable dia GI pipe bracket (Class B) fixed with minimum 3 nos MS clamp for external/internal light fittings. Complete withmaking connection as required and mending good damages to wall including painting. Prior approval of the EIC is required before fixing of the fittings.

THD 10-20% p.f. should be 0.9 or more IP 20 LM 79 & LM 80 to be submitted if required. .Fittings should be fitted with suitable dia wooden block or equivalent of suitable diameter complete with making connection as required and mending good damages to wall including painting . Prior approval of the EIC is required before fixing of the fittings.

Supply & fixing of 150W(at least) LED flood light fittings to be fixed on the out side wall/pole of the newly constructed godown as per direction of the EIC. The l lumenious efficiency of the fittings shall be 100/watt (atleast) or more surge protection 10KV(at least) THD 10-20% , P.f. should be 0.9 or more IP66/IP65 protection , PDC aluminium housing ,extruded aluminium heatsink, with lense. LM79 & LM 80 to be submitted if required.This fittings should be held in place with suitable dia GI pipe bracket fixed with minimum 3 nos MS clamp or it should be fitted on the tublar pole as per direction of EIC for external/internal light fittings.complete with making connection as required and mending good damages to wall including painting. Prior approval of the EIC is required before fixing of the fittings.

Erection of single steel tubular pole of length as given below with sole plate and cap etc. In C.C. foundation (proportion and dimention indicated below) as to G.S. having 600x600x150 mm thick C.C.(4:2:1) base block sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including C.C.(6:3:1) muffing 0.30mt(1'ft) dia and 0.30mt(1'ft) above ground lavel including 3mm(1/8") thick neat cemented finish and providing GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc.On pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6KM from store depot to excavated site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly.Dimension of pole portion . Dimension of pole portion a) up to 9 mts(6:3:1) : 0.6x0.6x1.70 mt extra on this item for providing C.C. (6:2:1) base block (around the pole)dimension 0.6x0.6x0.76 mt above ground level neatly cementedfinish(3mm thick)at the base of pole(in lieu of C.C h muffing). Supply & delivery of swaged type steel tubular poles(M.S. Painted) conforming to IS- 2713/1980 Length of the pole should be 7 mtrs (4.00 mtrs bottom+1.5mtrs middle + 1.5mtrs top), outer dia should be 114.3 +88.9+76.1,the thickness of the pole should be 3.65+3.25+3.25 respectively . Approx weightof the pole is 73Kg. It should be fixed with suitable size base plate in bottom, single srm bracket of 1.5mts length on top for mounting the lighting fixture.or as directed by EIC.It is also included on this item painting of steel tubular pole of length and no. of coats of coats of paint , as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make and brand including preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc.for receiving fresh coat of paint. a) Up to 9 mtr long pole i) 1st coat of aluminium paint over 1 coat of RO primer ii) 2nd coat of aluminium paint over 1st coat.

Supply & fixing of PVC white round light cover 300mm dia(Minimum) for out door gate light complete with 23watt B22 cool white LED bulb complete fittings for erection purpose supply & fixing of suitable dia pipe , Loop box(connection box) complete with necessary arrangement & mending good damages to original finish. It is also included the Lettering over fittings as per direction of EIC.
