Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.

Hiring charges for scaffolding arrangement including dismantling at the end of work and carriage, for LC installation of overhead reservoir (vertical run) as directrd by EIC.

Supply & laying of 3.5 core 50 mm2 AI [Approved make] Finishing of cable ends by crimpling method incl. neceassary connection arrangements with gland as directrd by EIC.

Supplying and fixingof 3.5 core 50 mm2 compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as directrd by EIC.

Finishing the end of 3.5 core 50 mm2 XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket, tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials as directrd by EIC.

Supplying & fixing Fire extingushier (DCP) type.

Supply & laying of adequate capacity interconnecting cables for interconnection of different motors for seed processing machineries. Complete with other necessary arrangements as directrd by EIC.

SEED PROCESSING MACHINERIE: Seed processing machineries (2TPH) comprising of the following i. Supply & installation of 2TPH capacity paddy seed cleaner for cleaning of paddy seed by removing impurities like stones, straws, immature grains, mud lums and other impurities. The cleaner shall have three layers of oscillating screens of suitable size , screens area should not be more/less than 3.5 Sq.m , cleaning device should be beater/rubber balls, double aspiration blowers with suitable capacity motors & suitable range D.O.L. starter feed hopper with feed roller, the machine should be constructed with steel. It should be complete with cyclonic dust collector, necessary ducting, stepless variable air control, 2 nos additional set of screens and all other standard accessories or as directed by EIC. ii. Supply & installation of single leg bucket type elevator(2 nos) at suitable height from the floor level for feeding paddy to Deawner and paddy cleaner both (2 nos) consisting of receiving hopper head, boot and leg casing made from MS/GI sheet for conveying 2TPH paddy seed. It shall be complete with nylon rubber belt (3ply), ladder, service platform boot plate, PVC/MS bucket, motor with driving arrangement, suitable range DOL starter & geared motor, discharge spout, head pulley, boot pulley and all other standard accessories required for smooth running of both the elevators & it should complete with proper painting and other necessary features or as directed by EIC. iii. Supply & installation of Deawner/Debearder for removing appendages in paddy. Machine consist of low speed rotating cylinder rotating on steel shaft, cylinder speed is variable, adjustable beaters are mounted on the length of the cylinder for deawning action. Cylinder with beaters is dynamically balanced. Fitted with suitable range electric motor & starter with reputed brand or as directed by EIC. iv. Supply and installation of Seed dressing drum (GI) power operated with a suitable capacity on the based of Paddy/wheat. The equipment is used for applying chemical on the paddy seeds. It consist of one round drum made out of suitable gauge SS and mounted on frame made of suitable angle iron. The size of the SS drum is adequate with the obtained capacity. The drum rotates on high quality shaft and ball bearings complete with suitable motor and starter or as directed by EIC. v. Supply of 100 kg capacity platform type electronic digital weighing machine having a graduation of 10 gm complete with LED display, high precision load cell, suitable volt inbuilt rechargeable battery facility, key board calibration facility and all other standard features. vi. Supply and installation of heavy duty portable single thread chain -stitch bag closer machine. vii. Digital electronic moisture meter with LCD/LED display having a range of 10-21% or suitable with the paddy seed. viii. Supply of pit cover and seed diverting chute. ix. Supply & installation of electrical panel for distribution of various connecting cables of various motor for above mentioned machineries if required or as directed by EIC. Moreover, it is also comprising of all necessary civil foundation to install the machines. x. Any other necessary works that will required for successful commissioning of the seed processing machine shall be deemed to have been included in the scope of work or as per direction of EIC.
