After installation is complete , the condenser shall be connected with the oil separator on the gas side and the receiver on the liquid side. The condenser shall be tested with Nitrogen gas with test pressure up to 25kg/sq.cm . All leakages revealed during test shall be rectified to the satisfaction of the Engineer. Further test for leakages shall be conducted after charging ammonia gas into the system with sulphur fumes.

After completion of testing and rectification of all leakages, the surfaces of the condenser pipes shall be thoroughly cleaned including removal of rust. The condenser will then be painted with 1 coat of steel primer and 1 coat of bituminous black paint.

Supply & Fixing sheet metal(16SWG) iron clad 400A TPN Cubical busbar chamber on angle iron frame on wall including earthing attachment complete with cover of the busbar chamber & 3 nos indicator lamps should be fixed incl. Necessary connection arrangements. This box is to be painted with 2 coats of approved anti corrosive paint over one coat of Red oxide primer complete with mending good damages with original finish.
