Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed by EIC

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed by EIC and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] with 1:6 cement mortar- 25 mm thick plaster

Applying epoxy based reactive joining agent for joining the old concrete with fresh concrete to be applied within manufacturer's specified time as per manufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg / m² of concrete surface).

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of EIC

Removing old paint from blistered painted surface with application of soda, sajimati or any approved chemical paint remover and exposing the original surface including cleaning and thorough washing to remove all traces of the removing agent including taking out shutters and refixing the same where necessary.

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface (old or new surface) to receive decorative textured (mat finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface thoroughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC-Two Coats- Solvent based interior grade Acrylic Primer

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of EIC to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer in Ground floor (Two Coat) - Super Protective 100% Acrylic Emulsion

Add extra for each additional floor over the rate for ground floor of subhead A External surface - Upto 4th floor

Supplying and application of chemical for post installed rebar connection by using ETA approved for seismic criteria in rebar connection, including drilling hole to the required depth by rotary hammer drill, cleaning with brush & jet of clean air, filling chemical using serrated nozzle to eliminate mixing error and a voidless manner including charges for all tools & plants. Application to be designed for post- installed rebars as per ECZ/TR023 or relevant tested and accepted design guidelines and the design document to be furnished by the manufacturer. The chemical should have ETA approval for seismic criteria of rebar fixing which should be furnished by manucturer. The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per manufacturer's specifications as approved by EIC prior to drilling along with post-installed rebar embedment design report. The existing concrete member should be scanned using rebar scanner to avoid hitting existing reinforcement in concrete during drilling. Notes: l} This rate is excluding the cost of scoffolding. 2}This work should not be executed without specific permission of EIC and Injection process should be executed in the presence of EIC to supervise the work minutely 3} Rebar grouting is specifically required for extension and strengthening purpose of old or existing RCC structural members with new RCC structural members through rebar fixing chemical item without breaking beam, coloumn, roof slab, lintel, ceiling etc. i)Cost of post installed rebaring application with chemical as specified for 8mm dia per cm of depth

Anti Carbonation coating for protection of Concrete Surface from Carbonation by with two coats of Single component solvent free, cold applied,pure acrylic polymer, (Anticarbonation coating) breathable,elastomeric on a water based priming coat (Total 3 (three) coats including priming coats) having 50% elongation property, UV resistant capacity, non-toxic with asthetic view, eco friendly and low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) material. The product complies with the requirement as laid out in as per ASTM D822. Recommended DFT (Dry Film Thickness): 100 -110 microns per coat. Top coat may have with 5% - 10%dilution if required and anti carb primer with 100% dilution with approx. DFT:20 micron. Total system DFT should not be less than 230 micron for getting better anticarbonatlon property on concrete surface as per direction of EIC. Supplying, preparing and placement of ready mix non shrink cementious microconcrete having no metalic aggregate or chlorides for repairing and jackting of damaged R.C.C.members. The micro concrete should achieve a compressive strength not less than 10 MPA after 24 hours, 40 MPA after 7 days, 50 MPA after 28 days at 300C.It should have unrestrained expansion in between 1 to 4%. Flexural strength shall not be less than 5 MPA after 28 days. Micro concrete should have a co-efficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the host concrete

Providing anti corrosive fusion bonded epoxy coating (FBEC) to reinforcement bar conforming to IS-13620-1993 (with latest amendment) for a thickness of 100 micron to 300 micron after curing as per Annexure - A of IS: 13620 (1993) (with latest amendment) and application of coating should be as per CI. 6 of IS 13620 (1993) (with latest amendment) including preparation of surface. It also Includes the charges of all necessary tools and plants. Applying Epoxy grouting by 8 to12mm Día PVC Nozzle fixing by Epoxy Putty and Grouting Epoxy compound by pressure pump having minimum pressure 200 Kg/cm2 for strengthening of old concrete of column

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor)- Steel shuttering or 9 to 12 mm thick approved quality ply board shuttering in any concrete work

Extra for staging beyond 4 m in any floor (Mode of measurement : area in plan x mean height of staging upto soffit of shuttering above initial 4 m)

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction - For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m and Tor steel / Mild Steel of SAIL / TATA / RINL

Making one set of scaffolding only for replacing glass panels, painting, uprooting plant and another repairing works of building and S&P works for external works only with 10 cm dia bamboo as main posts at the rate of 1 metre centre to centre and 7.5 cm dia bamboo ties @ 0.75 metre apart fitting and fixing with necessary coir, nails etc. as per direction of the EIC a) 3.90 metre height
