PART- A MALDA: Design, composition, Supply and Installation of LED Glow sign Board on wall / Surface / M.S structure of different Sizes with front side 3 mm thick A-1 quality ACP (AD-41) board capable of preventing avoid wind pressure which is also be attached to MS Structure (front/Back) side of board of suitable size of MS angel/ MS hollow square /rectangle flat bar by drilling hole inclusive. Supply and fixing special type steel nuts, bolts and washer. The matter of the LED Sign board should be in English alphabets made of laser cutting from 3 mm thick imported acrylic sheet having the 3” raising for 3D effect and also including jointing/ setting the sample part by part and fixing on the board by using chloroform/machine screw etc is to be fixed on SEP board (on front) including supply and fixing SMD Module (Samsung /Crompton make) of required quantity for illumination of all letters including necessary interconnection and SMPS. LED lights of required wattage and numbers shall be placed in such manner to achieve uniform lighting of the glow sign board. It shall be ensured that no dark patches, hot spots, shadows and light leaks appear when the lights are turned on. Making necessary arrangement for fixing the above LED Board of different sizes by making for necessary supporting M.S structure including supply of M S Channels , Angles, M S Flat bars as per IS 2062 of required section ( Make TATA/ SAIL) for support including cutting to requisite shape , length, fabrication with necessary welding bolting etc using electrode of approved brand (IS 814), hoisting, erection, required cement concrete foundation as per approved design and stability certificate from reputed Institute/ Qualified experienced structural engineer fitted and fixed of MS Structural member with foundation by approved structural bolts as per IS 1367 of Class 8.8 with necessary gusset plates. MS structural member shall be Fe-500. The glow sign board shall be fixed at 15’00” clear height from ground or as directed by the EIC. . The rate shall be inclusive of all incidental charges such as electricity charges, two coats of anticorrosive paint with approved brand, insurance charges, transportation charges all complete as per approved design and direction of EIC. Before execution of the works the agency must submit structural drawing, design with stability certificate considering wind pressure and duly vetted by the reputed Institute/ Qualified experienced structural engineer a) For 30’00” x 6’00” glow sign board at 15’00” clear height.

b)For 18’00” x 6’00” glow sign board at 15’00” clear height.

Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of 3’ x 3’ size Road Signage Direction Board to be placed along the side of NH/ SH / main road approaching to respective Industrial Park made of 3 mm thk ACP fixed with one single frame, lettering with reflective vinyl film cut and paste on ACP board of approved size & style of lettering , erected on sufficiently strong and stable m.s. structure of 10’ height (i.e.7’+3’) with required cement concrete foundation all complete including the cost of m.s.structure, foundation, transportation , errection and other incidental charges as per direction of EIC.
