Earthwork in cutting to form road section in correct profile including removal of spoils not exceeding initial lead of 50m and initial lift of 1.5m (Mode of measurement: pre works and post works) (i) In ordinary soil.

Compacting original ground supporting subgrade Loosening of the ground upto a level of 150 mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Clause 305.3.4 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Supplying, spreading and compacting fine yellow Sand to required thickness, in layers not exceeding 150 mm to proper gradient and camber, inundating each layer by water and packing and ramming layer by layer to achieve desired compaction, including lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary, curing with water as per direction, mending cracks and depressions by ramming wherever necessary.

Supplying, spreading and consolidating Stone Dust to a depth of 100 mm and above at desired density and C.B.R. as per Specification with power roller to proper gradient and camber including watering as necessary, and lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary to protect the edges and curing with water for 2 to 3 days, mending cracks and depressions by rolling where necessary including all incidental charges of roller, cost of fuel & lubricants complete as per specification.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including screening of aggregates and granular materials, premixing the material with water at OMC in Wet Mix Plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with Paver in Sub- base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, including supply of all materials, machinery, fuel and lubricants, including incidental costs for lighting, guarding, barricading, making earthen bundh to protect the edges including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 406 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) For WBM / WMM Surface: (with primer @ 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm)

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with Hot Mix Plant using approved crushed aggregates of specified grading as per Table 500.7 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface at specified laying temperature with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled with suitable power roller for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling as per specification to achieve the desired -compaction including cost and carriage of stone materials and bitumen, hire charges of machinery and equipment, cost of fuel and lubricants and wages of operational staff, quality control complete as per Clause 504 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). B. For Grading 2 (19 mm nominal size, 50 mm thick.) (ii) Using Drum mix Type HMP of minimum capacity 60-90 TPH.

Providing & laying Semi-dense Bituminous Concrete (SDBC) as wearing coarse by Hot Mix Plant, using coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler materials and binder of required specification and grading as per approved job mix formula, over thoroughly cleaned surface coated with tack coat, including screening, cleaning of aggregates, mixing the components as per approved Job Mix Formula with hot binder, carrying the mixture by tipper truck or any other approved suitable arrangements, laying the mixture niformly, maintaining the specified laying temperature, thorough rolling with power roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an uniform surface to achieve the desired density of at least 98% of that of Laboratory Marshall specimen, including the cost and carriage of aggregates, filler and binder, heating the binder, preheating the aggregates, and filler to the specified temperature, including the hire charges of Hot Mix Plant and other machineries, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants and all other incidental charges complete. B. For Grading 2 (10 mm nominal size, 25mm thick.) (ii) Using Drum mix Type HMP of minimum capacity 60-90 TPH 25 mm. thick

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs (size: 410 mm x 310 mm x width 150 mm at bottom with circular nosing at top) (Nano kerb) of cement concreat M25 Grade without reinforcement, fixing as per approved pattern and setting in position at site after preparing the bed grade and slopes by laying Cement concrete with jhama khoa (1:4:8) as per specification and direction of Engineer-inCharge including filling of joints with 10 mm thick cement morter (3:1) and back filling the vertical piece properly with earth duly compacted and curing the morter joints for atleast 3 days including cost and carriage of all materials complete.

Providing and laying special type of Median kerb with M-25 Ready Mixed Concrete with size of 550 mm.(H) x 300 mm.(L) x 150 mm. (thick) including necessary earthwork and also bed will be finished with 50 mm. ordinary concrete (1:2:4) & filling joint with sand cement mortar (4:1) with 10 mm. thick and as per drawing all complete. (i)Median Kerb.

Providing and laying Precast cement concrete road channel of size 200(L)x250(W)x100 of concrete M-25 Grade without reinforcement ,setting in position at size after preparing the bed and sloper by 50 mm stone dust as per specification & direction of EIC including filling of joints with 10 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and curing the mortar joints for at least 3 days including cost & carriage of all materials complete.

Construction of Embankment with Material Deposited from Roadway Cutting. Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 for Rural Roads of MORD including carriage of material for a distance of 1 km.

Extra for carriage of all kinds of earth by Mechanical Transport: (e) Carriage up to total lead of 3.0 km.

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC In Ground Floor: (a) One Coat

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor (Two Coat) b) Premium 100% Acrylic Emulsion

Supplying ,providing & laying 450 mm dia NP3 hume pipe including necessary earth work in excavation , Brick flat soling, M-20 concrete at bottom 150 mm & 300 mm at both side of pipe with necessary connection with pit all complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Constructing Special Inspection chamber pit (size 900 mmX600 mm) to a depth of 1.15 metre (inside), 250 mm thick 1st class brick work (1:4) in all sides over a layer of jhama brick soling and 150 mm thick Jhama cement concrete (1:4:8) including necessary earth work, invert with ordinary cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips over brick-on-edge flooring, plastering inside with 20 mm thick cement plastering (1:4) and neat cement punning, including supplying, fitting and fixing one 450 mm. dia (15 MT) heavy duty RCPC manhole cover of approved make with R.C.C. slab of 100 mm thick with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with stone chips including necessary reinforcement, shuttering and CI foot steps (4 kg each) (Depth of invert Level 1.15 m. to 1.80 m. below GL)
