Water Bound Macadam Base Course Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering including lighting, guarding, barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling, including cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machinery and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) Grading-I Aggregate (63 mm to 45 mm) Using Stone Screening Type A (13.2 mm). B. Manual Means For compacted thickness 250 mm.

Relaying disturbed kerb stone on new concrete (1:1.5:3) bed 50 mm thick.

Providing and laying special type of Median kerb with M-25 Ready Mixed Concrete with size of 550 mm.(H) x 300 mm.(L) x 150 mm. (thick) including necessary earthwork and also bed will be finished with 50 mm. ordinary concrete (1:2:4) & filling joint with sand cement mortar (4:1) with 10 mm. thick and as per drawing all complete. (i)Median Kerb.

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs (size: 410 mm x 310 mm x width 150 mm at bottom with circular nosing at top) (Nano kerb) of cement concrete M25 Grade without reinforcement, fixing as per approved pattern and setting in position at site after preparing the bed grade and slopes by laying Cement concrete with jhama khoa (1:4:8) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in#Charge including filling of joints with 10 mm thick cement mortar (3:1) and back filling the vertical piece properly with earth duly compacted and curing the mortar joints for at least 3 days including cost and carriage of all materials complete.

Relaying disturbed kerb Channel on new concrete (1:1.5:3) bed 50 mm thick.

Providing and laying pre-cast cement concrete road channel of size 350 x 250 100 of concrete M-25 Grade without reinforcement, setting in position at size after preparation the bed and slope by 50 mm stone dust as per specification & direction of EIC including filling of joints with 10 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and curing the mortar joints for at least 3 days including cost & carriage of all materials complete.

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface thoroughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. In Ground Floor: (a) One Coat

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor (Two Coat) b) Premium 100% Acrylic Emulsion.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specifications Clause 201 for Rural Roads of MORD. (I) By Manual Means b) In area of thorny jungle

Removal of rubbish, earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Scarifying the existing granular road surface mixed with street mud to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads up to 1000 metres. Using grader

Earth work in filling in compound, tank, low land, ditches etc. with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including breaking clods and consolidating the same by ramming and dressing complete. (Payment will be made on profile measurement before and after the work) (b)(ii) With carried earth arranged by the contractor within a radius exceeding 3 km. but not exceeding 5 km. including the cost of carried earth.

Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed.
