O.KHAKI-751MT23-24.01.01 Maintenance of existing landscaping & Arboriculture within the area of MAR consisting of re-plantation of mortal trees, digging hole, mulching of surrounding of tree roots, application of inorganic/ organic manure, cow dung etc as per requirement, watering cleaning unwanted shurds/plants/jungles etc proper treatment of lawn by using specified insecticide in appropriate proportion etc. grass cutting by lawn mower machine including supply of petro, mobile operator etc. as per direction of of EIC ( the rate is inclusive of skilled mali, labour, machineries carriage at site and all taxes cost of engagement of watchman#s per direction

Supplying fitting & fixing of 75mm dia double strong bamboo post at the starting point and two number single 75mm dia post at an interval of 1.270mtr. centre to centre again double bamboo post and two number single post as per attached drawing. Total height of the post becoming 2.50mtr (1.75mtr. above GL and embedding 0.75mtr. below GL). All the post should fixed by digging holes in all sorts of soil and repacking the same with soil. Six no#s half splited bamboo runner made from 75mm dia bamboo placed horizontally and should attached with vertical post with necessary size of nails. Besides this three number ornamental design in a slant way are placed within a strip of 4 mtr. having length of each half splited bamboo 0.780mtr into four parts and in bottom 6 nos quarter splited bamboo placed 2 nos 0.450mtr at corner and 0.570mtr (4 nos) in intermediate are placed in a slant way with requisite distance. The whole fencing should complete with one coat of synthetic oil bound paint and one coat of approved quality paint to a complete from as per direction of E.I.C.
