Construction of half brick circular tree guard in 2nd class brick, inter diametre 1.50 metres and height 1.2 metres above ground and 0.20 metres below ground bottom two courses laid dry and top three courses in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement 6 sand) and the intermediate courses being in dry honey comb masonry as per design complete over a layer of 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 below the brick work. NOTE : (i) 1. Plants to be supplied shall be healthy, well grown of 8 to 10 feet height. 2. Necessary manure, fertiliser, Insecticide to be provided and applied by the contractor. 3. The area inside the Tree guard to be kept clean, free from any creaper, jungles, bushes for 5 year. 4. Watering to be sprinkled on daily basis during the period from October to June every year. 5. At least 1(one) no. Mali to be attend the site daily for nurishment & looking after the plants. 6. Medicine, plant hormane to be applied as & when required in every year. 7. Fruit to be grown in this the 5 years maintenance period. Otherwise Security Deposit Money will not be released / forfeited to WB HIDCO. 8. aLL MATERIALS, T&P, Labour etc. to be supplied by the contractor. MODE OF PAYMENT : 1. 1st installment of payment @ 30% of 6(six) months of plantation and growing of new leaves etc. 2. 2nd installment of payment @ 10% after 1st year of plantation. 3. 3rd installment of payment @ 15% after 2nd year of plantation. 4. 4th installment of payment @ 15% after 3rd year of plantation. 5. 5th installment of payment @ 15% after 4th year of plantation. 6. 6th installment of payment @ 15% after 5th year of plantation. NOTE : (ii) RATE SHOULD BE INCLUSIVE OF 18% GST & 1% CESS (iii) RATE TO BE QUOTED UPTO TWO DIGITS AFTER DECIMAL POINT. QUOTED RATE MAY BE ROUNDED UP TO TWO DIGITS AFTER DECIMAL POINT IF ANY BIDDER QUOTES MORE THAN TWO DIGITS AFTER DECIMAL POINT, WHILE PREPARING COMPARATIVE STATEMENT.
