Providing & laying Semi-dense Bituminous Concrete (SDBC) as wearing coarse by Hot Mix Plant, using coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler materials and binder of required specification and grading as per approved job mix formula, over thoroughly cleaned surface coated with tack coat, including screening, cleaning of aggregates, mixing the components as per approved Job Mix Formula with hot binder, carrying the mixture by tipper truck or any other approved suitable arrangements, laying the mixture niformly, maintaining the specified laying temperature, thorough rolling with power roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an uniform surface to achieve the desired density of at least 98% of that of Laboratory Marshall specimen, including the cost and carriage of aggregates, filler and binder, heating the binder, preheating the aggregates, and filler to the specified temperature, including the hire charges of Hot Mix Plant and other machineries, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants and all other incidental charges complete. B. For Grading 2 (10 mm nominal size, 25mm thick.) (ii) Using Drum mix Type HMP of minimum capacity 60-90 TPH

Supplying and Laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658:2006) manufactured in steel mould clamped to avibrating table by hydraulic pressure (as per cl. no. 6.30 of IRC : SP:63(2018), from BIS licensee manufacturer, with spacer nib (Small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver blocks used a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks,as per Cl. No.3.26 of IS:15658) - 60 mm. thick, Colour Decorative.

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC In Ground Floor: (b) Two Coats

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor (Two Coat) b) Premium 100% Acrylic Emulsion

Taking out disturb interlocking blocks carefully , taking at site , laying of necessary sand cusion of 25 mm thick (avg.) underneath and setting of interlocking block in ltrue line and level matching with existing blocks complete and as per direction of EIC.

Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed.

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs (size: 410 mm x 310 mm x width 150 mm at bottom with circular nosing at top) (Nano kerb) of cement concreat M25 Grade without reinforcement, fixing as per approved pattern and setting in position at site after preparing the bed grade and slopes by laying Cement concrete with jhama khoa (1:4:8) as per specification and direction of Engineer-inCharge including filling of joints with 10 mm thick cement morter (3:1) and back filling the vertical piece properly with earth duly compacted and curing the morter joints for atleast 3 days including cost and carriage of all materials complete.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation

Supplying and fixing grasses tiles of grass Maxican Carpet/Selection No. 1 Healthy & fresh grasses (size 1'x1' or bigger) including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from wees and fit for mowing including supplying good earth as required by Engineer-in charge. (Rate includes supply of labour, tools & plants including materials)

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying of 300 mm Dia NP3 Hume pipe at site.

Laying of R.C.C. pipe with spigot - socket on jointed pipe, lowering the same into the trench laying on the bed in trenches in prescribed gradient,depth and alignment, filling the end grooves with necessary bitumastic compound, filling caulking space with tarred gasket or with rubber gasket of appropriate size & covering with cement mortar (1:2) & testing the joints etc. complete as per drawing, specification including carriage of pipes from site stacks to the place of laying etc. & as per direction of the Engineer-in- charge. (Payment to be made on the basis of actual finished length of the pipe line). A) Class NP-3 Pipe r) 300 mm dia"
